Unfortunately, the balloon started deflating before I even reached home--and I live just around the corner. I called the store and was told to come back, but once I did, they said the balloon had a hole and refused to refund, replace it, or even try to fix it with tape. When I first left the store, the balloon already didn't look fully inflated, but I assumed it was intentional. Clearly, that wasn't the case. Very disappointing experience. I won't be supporting this place again. For me it's not about the money but the way they handled the whole situation.

They were rude and threatening , did not respect their own contract, they lied to us multiple times and got aggressive and called the police on us when we demanded our money back. The owners showed up to our party uninvited with their half naked kid threatening to call the police unless they could take the jumper two hours early. We let them call because we did nothing wrong. 1st the jumper was FULL OF HOLES. Pictures were added. 2nd the jumper was FILTHY 3rd there was barely any air in the jumper so no one was able to jump in the JUMPer and when they tried two people got INJURED. When we told the company this, they told us no refund and that they could replace it at the time they were picking it up when the party was over. How is this helpful????

The…read moretable linens were great however, the seat covers somewhere stained a lot of of them ripped at the bottom. But from a distance, you could not tell and everything still looks really nice. Prices were very affordable. Delivery pick up and drop off, was $50 flat rate for the city of Oakland. I will definitely be working with Tambriz Party Rental rentals again.
