I asked for a 13x13 pink soft play area and they were able to send of a contract, confirm availability, and set-up/break-down the play area. It was such a hit for our group of friends because we have a lot of kids that are 1-5 years old. The guys showed up and put together the space really quickly. I didn't realize there was a giant beam in the middle of the space where I wanted the play area and the crew was able to work around it, which I really appreciated their flexibility. We did have a bit of a hiccup with the breakdown of the event because the crew confirmed with the wrong person when they were supposed to come down to take it all down, so they ended up showing up an hour late. Thankfully there wasn't an event after ours so it was all good. Overall really good experience and it was the best value in terms of set-up that I found in the area, so would definitely consider them for a soft play set-up again!

I was pretty devastated to learn how expensive lighting could cost and had eventually decided to go to Costco to buy our own lights and wing it! Upon searching Craigslist for used lights, I came across A-Tough Lighting. Can't tell you how happy I am that I sent that e-mail. Tank was very quick to respond and we set up a time in the next few days for a consultation. We discussed ideas and he was extremely helpful in working with our budget. We immediately were happy with our decision Here were a few decided on that were delivered wonderfully: -Zigzagged Italian lights for our reception room -String lights outside over ceremony -Wall of lights that were roughly 24 ft wide by 30 ft high (turned out AMAZING) -Draped curtain of lights to the entrance of huge barn like door -Tons of uplighting creating pathways and great detail Tank was awesome. They were rude and threatening , did not respect their own contract, they lied to us multiple times and got aggressive and called the police on us when we demanded our money back. The owners showed up to our party uninvited with their half naked kid threatening to call the police unless they could take the jumper two hours early. We let them call because we did nothing wrong. 1st the jumper was FULL OF HOLES. Pictures were added. 2nd the jumper was FILTHY 3rd there was barely any air in the jumper so no one was able to jump in the JUMPer and when they tried two people got INJURED. They completely compromised our event today through broken promises, gross negligence, and a complete refusal to take accountability for their mistakes. The Night Before (False Reassurance):We called the night before our event to secure a specific throne chair. Because we live out of town, we explicitly offered our credit card over the phone to make a deposit and lock it in. An employee named KK refused the payment, confidently assuring us that a remote deposit wasn't necessary and that it was perfectly fine to pay upon arrival today. They even issued us an invoice, leaving us under the impression that our rental was 100% safe. The Morning of the Event (The Betrayal):Today, a family member called to confirm the final pickup details, only to be met with a total shock. They told us, "We don't have that throne anymore; we sent it out on delivery to another party." They quietly re-rented our item behind our backs without a single phone call, text, or warning, completely shattering our event plans. The Runaround (An Hour of Ghosting):Panic set in, and we scrambled to call them back to figure out how this was possible. Suddenly, they stopped picking up. It took an entire hour of continuous dialing just to get someone back on the line. When we finally reconnected with KK, she was completely cold, indifferent, and entirely unapologetic that her false promises had just ruined our event setup. Management (Zero Solutions):KK passed the phone to her manager, Victor, who immediately met our frustration with a defensive, "oh well, it's not our fault" attitude. We were completely desperate and willing to do anything to get the throne we needed, but they gave us absolutely zero solutions or alternatives. While Victor eventually backed down and realized how badly his team botched our reservation, they just shrugged and left us completely empty-handed on the day of our event. They blocked us from securing the item with a deposit, promised it would be held, gave it away behind our backs, and then treated us like an inconvenience. This company lacks basic professionalism, integrity, and empathy. Save yourself the nightmare and take your business elsewhere.

I had already reserved glasses, chairs, tables, and linens to rent with this company and wanted to look over the wine glasses to make sure they were nice. The owner or whoever never showed up. According the to the hours posted, they were supposed to be open but no one was there. Luckily I called 4 Seasons Party Rentals and he was able to see me right away and did a great job for our 16-person lunch that raised $125,000. DO NOT use this business for party rentals. at almost $8,000 per person raised, it's not worth taking any chances. We need these donors and these donors need tables and chairs to actually show up. They could have completely ruined this important events. If you can't trust them to show up to a meeting, how can you trust them with your special event.
