Add some crystals to hold and just close your eyes and relax. Two of us fell asleep. I dreamt that I was at the beach. Made me realize how much I need to actually get back to the beach. We are now being told it will be several months more before the women have showers again because UPMC can't get their act together! There is up to 15 women taking an aquatics class with four showers, (2 in the family locker room and 2 in the physical therapy locker room), this is completely unacceptable! UPMC...STOP TREATING THE WOMEN LIKE SECOND CLASS CITIZENS! Every woman in this facility should be receiving a 10% discount until you can provide us with same amenities that the men have and if you can't provide that that is discrimination and I'm gonna find a lawyer who will sue you all for discrimination. Furthermore, I am sick and tired of the men using the family locker room as a cut through to the pool area! If a man does not have a child requiring their assistance and they are not female, they have no reason to be in the family locker room! That behavior needs to stop immediately! With my treatment, I choose an aromatherapy designed to stimulate the chakras and they use warm weighted neck pillows to help soften the muscle tension in addition to light pressure techniques. I gazed out the windows in front of me at the green pastures while Ashley L. worked her magic. I was in relaxed bliss for an hour and a half! Angela also had magic hands and performed a foot reflexology for a 60-minute session. The prices for all the services were very reasonable! And worth every penny.
