My over the stove range hood went out after almost 8 years, and I assumed it was either the fan or the capacitor. We use this device on an almost daily basis, and needed someone to troubleshoot it ASAP. On a Sunday, I reached out via Yelp's Projects feature, and it gave me several service providers. Zentek, reached out within the first 15 minutes and said they had same day availability within the hour, which was amazing on a Sunday. Asher and his assistant came within the hour, troubleshooted the range, and determined it was the motor. The part was more than expected for the fan, however, the best option for us given the circumstances. Asher was transparent and very fair for the scope of work that needed to be done. I paid for only the part, and within 3 days the part had arrived, with an install date of Saturday. I would say that was fairly quick! Asher arrived and within a couple of hours had my range working just as new. For being a newer company in business, and i believe a smaller shop, I was impressed by their professionalism, responsiveness, great communication, friendliness, overall value and willingness to do right by the customer. So, when Asher came as the second repairman, hoping he will deliver a positive outcome and he did. Our freezer had a persistent leak that was driving us crazy, and our ice maker had completely given up to make ice. Asher skillfully diagnosed and fixed both problems.
