Not only did our kids enjoy go-karts, VR and laser tag in a safe contained space, golf and mini golf but we did too! We did not get the bracelet that includes waterpark, but would definitely consider it next time on a hot day because the water park looked fun and well maintained. There were also other activities available outside of what the bracelet covers. Some of our group paid under $10 extra to do the gem mining activity while the rest of us went to the batting cages for an extra fee. There was plenty of seating available near the attractions so you can still enjoy watching your loved ones if you're not up for play during your time there. Not only was the variety of entertainment exciting and fun, but the staff was incredible too. All of the teens and young adults working there were so engaged, great with the kids, and respectful and helpful to us adults. I also loved that we could access our car at any point during our time there. We kept our water bottles and heavy stuff in there and got them when we needed to. You could probably even pack a cooler to keep in the car for mealtimes if you're on a budget or with picky eaters. Or if packing a cooler feels daunting, you don't even have to leave the premises for snacks or meals, because there is a concession stand inside with a variety of choices. We ate before we came, but enjoyed some ice cream before leaving, and the fries that were cooking while we were in there smelled delicious. This was such a nice way to get out for a day of play with our children, and we had just as much fun as they did! It's truly a place for all ages and I wish we had a complex like this closer to home!

One of you can leave and come back but if you all leave you cannot come back. Not bad really if you get about two hours or more play time out of it. There is a food area that sells snack type food if you didn't bring your own. Mandatory to take shoes off but not sure why if you do not engage with the equipment. I have a degenerative condition in my right foot so next time I'm not taking my shoes off. Also, you are basically forced into the bathroom without shoes on, which I feel is extremely unsanitary. I'd leave and come back if I had to because you'll never catch me in a public bathroom with just my socks on. Staff up front was alright, kind of nice, but brisk and to the point. Inside the staff basically ignore you and don't interact with any out of line kids. Parents come to let the kids blow off steam and kind of forget to keep them following any rules, so you need to pay attention to slightly younger kids to keep them from getting hurt. Overall not bad but not all that amazing either. Staff need to be more involved and the no shoe policy is a fail if you don't use the equipment.

Title: Terrible Customer Service & Inaccurate Hours I am…read morehighly disappointed with the lack of professionalism and misleading information from Bee's Backyard. Before visiting on a Wednesday, I did my due diligence: I checked the official website and listened to their automated phone system. Both explicitly stated they open at 11:00 AM.When we arrived at 11:00 AM, we were turned away and told they had a private event and wouldn't open until 12:30 PM. The staff member rudely told me I "should have checked Facebook," because Facebook had the correct hours. It is completely unreasonable to expect paying customers to bypass an official website and phone line to hunt for updates on social media. If your hours are conditional on private parties, your website and automated phone system must state that.Worse than the scheduling error was the staff's attitude. The girl working was snappy, defensive, and confrontational. When I mentioned that I had called their number, she accused me of lying and claimed she had "been here all morning and the phone didn't ring." Even after I literally showed her the call log on my screen, she refused to apologize. Instead, she doubled down with, "Well, I can't help it, those are our hours."When I asked for a manager, she claimed she was a manager, before giving me the name Paul (who is apparently on vacation for a couple of weeks). If she is indeed in a management role, her complete lack of customer service skills and combative attitude is a terrible reflection of this business. All it would have taken to resolve this was a simple: "I am so sorry for the confusion and the website error, we have a private event this morning." Instead, we were met with attitude and disrespect. We will not be returning to an environment that treats families this way.

This place is great for younger kids. They have bumper boats, batting cages, two water slides, mini golf, and a wading pool. This is a pretty cute little mini golf course! The price is great for about $8 per person. I…read morereally liked this place. Friendly staff. Great prices. Clean, well maintained mini golf course. There are 18 holes of varying difficulty. Not a whole lot of flashiness, but definitely a good course and a fun time. It's lacking a little bit of pizazz when it comes to the "variety" you'd hope to find: the water was not running when I was there so that was a disappointment. It's located in the woods so the surrounding area is very tranquil and calming. The theme of the course is nature, so don't expect to see any windmills or lighthouses here. Being so close to the woods and the lake there was a lot of bugs flying around, there were plenty of butterflies, dragon flies, lady bugs and other insects about, I think a few of the ponds even had tadpoles in them, so just be warned if that is not your thing. It's a bit of a hike just to come here from the city, but there are a ton of things to do nearby when you're done golfing, if you are going to the lake this is a nice place to stop at to get your mini golf in. My biggest complaint is lack of shade on this course, for being in the woods you would think there would be more trees or something like that. This is a cash only place so be sure to have cash with you. Overall, this was a fun weekday evening activity if you're looking to mix up your date night a bit. I would try and find a time when it isn't super busy, or risk being stuck behind grouchy teens being forced to mini golf with their parents.

He would randomly drop down to say hello and it made our hearts melt. When feeding time came around he was the main attraction. Seeing the kids interact with him paid for the price of admission. The kids loved the cockatoo's and any other bird that would talk. Watching my five year old try to have a convo with them made us laugh. They had a lot of gorgeous animals - lynx, cute prairie dogs, male and female African lions, jags, leopards, a tiger, bobcats, etc. The Eagle Owl they had was one of my favorites. What a beautiful animal. Stunning. They have an enclosed reptile area with over a half dozen snakes, lizards and a few spiders. The bathrooms were large and kept up with for the most part. The trails were easy to follow, so I'd imagine it's hard to get lost. The staff was nice, seemed passionate and caring for the animals. Cons: Only one bathroom near the front entrance. It's not a huge park, but it would be nice to have more options. Lack of flat pathways. After days of rain there were lots of puddles and running water because the park is not totally flat. Rocks and roots are exposed so be mindful if you're not steady on your feet. Some of the animals are hard to see because the protective plastic was fogged up. May have been the temp changes. Their food area could use a face lift. They offer food for eat in but we passed and found someplace outside the park. Their retail store had a lot of items (tons of stuffed animals) but we skipped this go around. We would return. The kids enjoyed the park.
