I could have chosen from three schools to get my real estate license and I am glad I went with Zenith. I have to admit I was skeptical with everyone online raving about how "wonderful Kelly is" because in this day and age, anyone can fake a review, but in this case, everything I read online ended up being accurate about her school. Her prices are very competitive and she gives you the cram course book for free and nobody includes that in their class pricing. I am completely satisfied with my experience at Zenith. Kelly personalizes her presentations with her experiences in the real estate market and is able to make complex concepts easy to remember. Her classroom is a relaxed atmosphere where anyone can ask questions and not feel like they are holding up the class time. I will return for my post license and highly recommend Zenith for anyone who doesn't want to get lost in the crowd of the mass market schools. My wife and I could have chosen any one of many online/classroom real estate schools available today; however, our research and due diligence paid off when we decided to go with Kelley and her school, Zenith. Other schools and online owners in Southwest FL that I spoke with during my discovery phase said not to go with anyone new to the industry; find a large classroom that has been around for a while. Well I now know why they said this.......They are threatened by what Kelley offers. This small/med sized classroom setting is perfect. It's inviting and engaging. It's like we have her all to ourselves. She is very knowledgable about the industry and her teaching technique makes understanding the materials a lot easier. First things first... I don't do reviews. EVER... but I was struck by my experience and recent class with Zenith Real Estate School and wanted to share. I chose this school because it is owned and run by a woman. AND, in a male dominated category, I believe in supporting female owned businesses! I am happy I went with my intuition and took my pre-license real estate course with this school because I drove from St Pete everyday. Kelly, the owner and instructor made sure that I understood all aspects of the course and also gave the class allot of extra handouts and material not in the textbook so we could practice before the state exam. A bonus is that the class size was small so I could ask all the questions I wanted and not feel like I was holding up the class. I highly recommend Zenith! read more

I didn't know much about the schools in south Florida, but after speaking to a few, I ended up choosing Kelly because she took the time to answer my questions on the phone...and I saw the same effort from her during the class. She's an excellent instructor! She is very knowledgeable, patient, and really helps you understand the material. Because she keeps the class size small, I felt that it was more interactive...instead of having an instructor lecture you for 7 days straight. In the pre-license class, there is a lot of material to cover and some topics can be really mundane...but Kelly keeps you interested. I would definitely recommend Zenith! I took the 45 Hour Post License Class with Kelly. This class was taught very well and the teacher went out of her way to make sure everyone understood the information.
