Completed my BLS recertification instructed by Firefighter/Paramedic Juan Leyva, instructor for CPR Sarasota. Great course for those seeking certification or recertification. Juan clearly stated each modules objective, enhanced the training with relevant examples and posed thought provoking questions to encourage discussion/interaction. He demonstrated techniques using various training aids prior to attendees performing return demonstrations. Juan was really good at monitoring the group/individual exercise/activity using effective non intimidating intervention. The pace of the class was not too fast or slow. This type of course can be a dreary and tedious requirement but I really enjoyed the clear, concise, and enthusiastic lecture. The pace of the course was perfect and I do feel better equipped as a provider having this refresher course on ACLS/PALS/BLS. Signed up to renew my CPR/BLS and the class was canceled. The second time I signed up I was told to prepay for it. I didn't want to prepay knowing the class might be canceled again due to low attendance. Sure enough it was canceled again. I wont bother with MTC again read more

Love love love! I was able to schedule a BLS recert class just a few hours before the class was offered. I specifically looked for an AHA sponsored program, as not all employers accept lesser known cpr operations, and the one 'sold' by my employer was awful the first time around. These girls offer great classes with genuine knowledge, and Alison really is great at making her class comfortable. Great location. Great parking. Great experience. My cert. card was waiting for me in email when the class was over. I'll definitely be back in two years! read more

I recently took this course and Mandy the instructor is amazing! Not only is she very knowledgeable but her style of teaching is fantastic.
