Bert Rogers is the BEST! I am actually an 'inactive' license holder, and not working in real estate or actively using my license at this time but, of course, there is no WAY I will let my license lapse. Maintaining it is important, and having it is a valuable asset. And for any of you debating on whether or not to renew/maintain your license- DO IT! Renewing is annoying, but doing so allows you the option to use your license whenever you want to without doing the entire school/test/money thing ALL over again... I may never sell, or work in RE again, but I will forever keep my license. I think Bert Rogers may offer an online course, but that is NO go, for me; I gotta have the actual pages/BOOK! I absolutely LOVE having the hard-copy to where I can go from page to page, physically. Flipping the pages from one subject to another, back and forth, is really important sometimes, especially when there is any confusion with regard to certain subjects. If you are a current license holder, they will usually automatically mail you the book (they do for me) but you can always just email them and they will send you one. :-) read more

Absolutely easy to understand courses. I learn a lot of new subjects every time I complete my continuing education courses with Bert Rogers and of course I refresh my old knowledge as well. I obtained my very first Real Estate sales license in 2003 with a Bert Rogers' distance learning course, and I have completed my CAM, my Real Estate broker and every single CE with this company since then, wow is been 19 years since my first interaction with this institution. I've been using Bert Rodgers Schools for going on 34 years now, since moving to Pennsylvania in 1987. I still keep my license current in Florida, although it is inactive currently. The way they put together their courses is simply the best I've seen. The course text is very thorough, interesting & informative. I am also licensed in Pennsylvania and I just wish this State would get its act together and offer similar at home continuing education courses like what Bert Rodgers has been doing for many decades! Sadly, it may have taken the COVID-19 Pandemic to get Pennsylvania to "wise-up"! I have no previous experience with real estate and no connections that I could contact for help during my studies for the state real estate license. I should not have worried because the Bert Rodgers online program provides all the help and guidance needed. The online materials are easy to follow and well laid out. The constant testing and requirement to achieve a pass before being allowed to move onto the next section and the end of chapter test before being able to access the next chapter is a great way to learn. At the successful conclusion of the final exam is great preparation for the state exam. I cannot speak highly enough about the high quality course content and the knowledge gained in preparation for the state exam. I'm having a very difficult time completing the online pre-licensing course. It's been almost 2 years since I started. It's too much information for a person with reading comprehension problems. They do not have a recorded text plug-in. I suggested they add this feature over 2 years ago as it's very simple to implement. I reached out for a third time to ask about transitioning to in-person class which they do not offer, at this time. Because of the trouble I've had and lacking customer service, I'm very hesitant to upgrade and spend more money for an instructor lead online class. Ive been licensed twice in the past, both via Ed Klopfer and it was a much more seem less experience. I don't want to spend any more money with Burt Rogers, unsure of the outcome. I feel they could have done more to make ensure my success. read more

This is the easiest process for renewing your license every two years. The book arrives early reminding you of the upcoming deadline. You can use the book to study and take the test or take the test online. I have done both and each has advantages. The online version has an icon which allows you to go directly to the content when you are unsure of answer. This year I did the paper book as I was traveling and did not have internet. When I arrived back I dreaded having to snail mail my answer sheet. But when I read the directions I realized I was able to go online and quickly load my answers for an immediate grade. It even tells you if you missed an answer and what that was. The test result of "pass" is reported to DBPR. I immediately went and renewed w them so I was all done. Probably the best experience I have ever encountered with a customer service representative of any company in my 73 years. Due to copying problems with a new HP all in one ($500) to my new HP computer ($500). I called to see if they had received my test and they had not but was connected to Melanie and she instructed me to take a picture with my I phone and sent it to her. A few minutes passed and she actually called me back because she had not received it just to be sure I could. Just as she said everything went according to her instructions and all was good. I took the instructor lead online course and I can't speak highly enough about it. I took this real estate course two years ago from a different company and could not get through the course. This time I decided to take an instructor led course rather than just an online course. Our instructor, Alessandro Danieli, was amazing. He was engaging, funny, extremely knowledgeable and informative. He gave great analogies to make the information easier for us to absorb and kept us busy throughout the entire course. He set us up for success. Our entire class passed the school exam the first time we all took it thanks to the course material and our instructor. I did not think one school could be superior to another but I have learned in Real estate this not the case. Bert Rodgers is not only superior in their class room instruction, but also in their study materials. I have had the opportunity to study with someone from another local school in the past and have seen the difference in home study materials. For an older gentleman( 63 years ) all these improvements over your competition where greatly appreciated . Even down to the thicker paper stock, larger print, and course projection that made sense. This is the only real estate school I will recommend for online education. It was inexpensive, easy to navigate and the material was delivered in way that was simple to understand. When taking online courses in the past they've tried tricked and mislead lead you when working through the section. This was straight forward. The material you learned in the chapter was the material that was on the test. This made it easy to retain and complete the course. I recently took my second class with Bert Rogers. I chose this location because they are a local Florida school and I would rather support small area businesses. The customer service is fantastic. I misplaced my workbook and the sent me a new one immediately via express mail the next day. After completion of my course, I called again having difficulty with the state reporting portal. A customer service representative filed the documents for me and I received my license from DBPR the next day. I am not sure if they have courses for other states, but I would highly recommend Bert Rogers for Florida classes and CLE's. read more

I have been a Bert Rodgers customer now for 30 years. I attended classes to obtain my real estate sales license in 1990 in Florida and have taken my 14 hours every two years. Sadley Bert Rodgers was not offering classes in Orlando when I sat for my Brokers License so I took it through the State of Florida which worked out ok however I would have preferred the Bert Rogers classes as they did a better job teaching and assisting. Your on-line course was easy to navigate and provided good review at the end of each section. The PASS CD was extremely helpful in providing an additional tool for anchoring in the concepts for the state exam. Completing the course and preparing for the state exam are hard work work, and you must be very focused, but the materials provided will do the trick if you take the time to learn the concepts, review the practice exams and study hard!
