updating my previous post! stay away from here! todd!!! is the most unprofessional person i've ever…read morespoke with in my life!!! i recalled him september 11, 2020, to tell him when they took my rear bumper off they didn't put it back together properly aa there's large gaps. he said listen the insurance company called me and said you complained, so your an a**hole??? you're a swell guy todd! jokes!!!!!!! took my car here for a warranty claim as it was my insurers preferred garage. after getting it there i had my own shop to go to and my guy said he'd have my car back in two weeks. it was mid to end of june 2020 and i wanted my car and this guy todd said he'd have my car back in a week? long story short i didn't get my car back till after a full month past and this guy told me this and this and this and this wouldn't be possible to have happened to my car when i got a hit and run. i got my car back. supposed to have a whole new front bumper, quarter panels and hood. a few days pass and i find my front passenger side bumper underneath, but almost hidden it looks like someone backed it up into a (garage door opening) which of course they have and behind a fencing as well. i then took my car for a ride with out my usual music blasting and i'm hearing a clicking sound in front end. i asked another garage at random. told them what happened and they said if my car was sitting still and it was hit i could be faced with a whole lot of little problems and the clicking problem i'm hearing is probably my two piece rotors and warped? also anything else i suggested could he take a look at and i'm concerned about said that couldn't possibly happen etc etc, but i spoke to another mechanic who said he's seen plenty of vehicles wrote off from being hit and run, because there's simply nothing moving on my car in park and anything moving that's not supposed to while in park can cause major damage??? iv'e went to many many garages or repair shops and never!!!!!! have i seen such horrible work, poor customer service service and only 1 out of 7 or 8 problems was attempted to be fixed and even the one they did actually try was horrible too!!!!!!! stay away from here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! unless you want to be lied to and have your vehicle ruined!!!! too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! also!!! by the way everyone!!! the reply from this company underneath was a bogus lie!!! too... i told head office about all that happened above^^^they said pretty much too bad!!! this company and all i've had the unfortunate opportunity to speak with has been horribly awful in all possible ways!!! only reason as well they have over a 2-3 star rating is they delete all the honest reviews like mine... sooo wrong stay away, trust this!!!

Floor mats weren't scrubbed and front dash looked like it was never cleaned . Terrible job. Two kids doing job and not good at it. Never going back.

One of the worst experiences I have ever been through with my car. My father and stepmother had an…read moreaccident in Florida as they are snowbirds. 2 months after the accident, Zenetec finally receives the car with a quarter of a tank of gas in it. After waiting for 2 months for these, they finally say the car is done. My farther, who recently had a stroke, and I go to pick the car up and the gas tank is bone dry - needle BELOW empty on the fuel gage. We go back in and say there isn't even enough gas to get to a gas station. Over the course of the next 20 minutes, we hear the following excuses: 1) It's not our responsibility to fill the tank up. (quite obviously since we are simply asking for what was in the tank when it was brought in to Zenetec AT BEST, and at worst, enough to get to a gas station) 2) we stated that it should be procedure to make sure any car that is released has enough fuel in it to get home, especially for jobs over 10k. (ours was just north of 12k). The response we get back is: well the insurance pays for it so the total amount is irrelevant. Q To say that we shouldn't care about this because the insurance pays for it is downright insulting and super manipulative by this joke of a company. 3) the next excuse is, "well we had to drive it around to test it so what do you want us to do?" 4) At this point, we start to get upset and finally the wildly poor customer service associate gets her even more terrible manager Jason to step in. Jason immediately restates the precious two excuses and then starts to rattle off more excuses like he has a list of them ready to go - including the "well we aren't going to fill up your tank" and for what had to be the FIFTH time, we say we only want what was is the tank. He finally capitulates and gets us our gas. We wait another 20 minutes for this funniless Michael Scott of repair shops to us the gas we needed to get to gas station. Some tips of advice for Zenetec people; 1) treat the customers with respect, especially ones who have recently had serious medical incidents. 2) develop a checklist for when you release a car. The fact is happened to an established company is not only sad, pathetic but embarrassing. 3) have a policy that ensures all released cars have a minimum fuel level, because duh. 4) tell your customer service associates to STOP MAKING EXCUSES. It just makes everything so much worse. 5) never say, "well why do you care, you don't pay for it". We have paid over $20,000 of insurance premiums you daft muppets. 6) rethink Jason's employment as a manager of anything. To potential customers of zenetec: avoid at all costs.
