There's a 12 year limit for warranty work and my Passat was rusting so I took it into Assured. Really long story short, Assured failed to submit the paperwork (despite my reminders and requests for updates) and so the $10,000 worth of work that needs to be done to my car won't be covered under warranty. I reached out to Assured's head office asking for support and they never emailed or called me. Now I'm left with a rusting, rotten car that should have been repaired under warranty that will never get fixed and I'll have to drive around in embarrassment.

They worked directly with my insurance company on my behalf, which I really appreciated. The estimator was wonderful. She showed me everything that would be done to repair my car in great detail both when I took it to the shop to when I picked my car up a few weeks later (all shining, cleaned and looking brand new). They also had my car finished and ready to go several days earlier then expected. The technicians that worked on my vehicle truly made magic happen with my repair. updating my previous post! stay away from here! todd!!! is the most unprofessional person i've ever…read morespoke with in my life!!! i recalled him september 11, 2020, to tell him when they took my rear bumper off they didn't put it back together properly aa there's large gaps. he said listen the insurance company called me and said you complained, so your an a**hole??? you're a swell guy todd! jokes!!!!!!! took my car here for a warranty claim as it was my insurers preferred garage. after getting it there i had my own shop to go to and my guy said he'd have my car back in two weeks. it was mid to end of june 2020 and i wanted my car and this guy todd said he'd have my car back in a week? long story short i didn't get my car back till after a full month past and this guy told me this and this and this and this wouldn't be possible to have happened to my car when i got a hit and run. i got my car back. supposed to have a whole new front bumper, quarter panels and hood. a few days pass and i find my front passenger side bumper underneath, but almost hidden it looks like someone backed it up into a (garage door opening) which of course they have and behind a fencing as well. i then took my car for a ride with out my usual music blasting and i'm hearing a clicking sound in front end. i asked another garage at random. told them what happened and they said if my car was sitting still and it was hit i could be faced with a whole lot of little problems and the clicking problem i'm hearing is probably my two piece rotors and warped? also anything else i suggested could he take a look at and i'm concerned about said that couldn't possibly happen etc etc, but i spoke to another mechanic who said he's seen plenty of vehicles wrote off from being hit and run, because there's simply nothing moving on my car in park and anything moving that's not supposed to while in park can cause major damage??? iv'e went to many many garages or repair shops and never!!!!!! have i seen such horrible work, poor customer service service and only 1 out of 7 or 8 problems was attempted to be fixed and even the one they did actually try was horrible too!!!!!!! stay away from here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! unless you want to be lied to and have your vehicle ruined!!!! too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! also!!! by the way everyone!!! the reply from this company underneath was a bogus lie!!! too... i told head office about all that happened above^^^they said pretty much too bad!!! this company and all i've had the unfortunate opportunity to speak with has been horribly awful in all possible ways!!! only reason as well they have over a 2-3 star rating is they delete all the honest reviews like mine... sooo wrong stay away, trust this!!!

BEWARE!! Carstar does not stand behind their service, Rust appeared this spring on panel repaired…read moreby Carstar. Brought it to their attention. They contacted insurance company (I have no idea why) and subsequently advised insurance company would not cover? Asked for an estimate to repair rust spot. Two weeks later have not received estimate. During this time I contacted Audi dealership. They advised workmanship was substandard and would not be covered under Audi's Body Protection plan and advised that body shop where work was performed should stand behind their work and rectify the rust problem. I' ve contacted three other body shops for estimates ranging up to $1500 With a written guarantee of their work. So, if you are shopping for body repairs keep in mind that Carstar could cost you re-repair dollars down the road as they will avoid accepting responsibility for their shoddy workmanship.

Bill and Cam just installed another shower door which fits and works perfectly. They came out on the day we had arranged, called ahead of arrival, came on time, and completed the job which looks great! We were very happy that they also were able to adjust a shower door previously installed.
