Last time (April) I was there paid for cleaning inside and outside....$69. Windshield inside was so streakie I had to clean when I got home. One of the worst experiences I have ever been through with my car. My father and stepmother had an accident in Florida as they are snowbirds. 2 months after the accident, Zenetec finally receives the car with a quarter of a tank of gas in it. After waiting for 2 months for these, they finally say the car is done. My farther, who recently had a stroke, and I go to pick the car up and the gas tank is bone dry - needle BELOW empty on the fuel gage. We go back in and say there isn't even enough gas to get to a gas station. Over the course of the next 20 minutes, we hear the following excuses: 1) It's not our responsibility to fill the tank up. (quite obviously since we are simply asking for what was in the tank when it was brought in to Zenetec AT BEST, and at worst, enough to get to a gas station) 2) we stated that it should be procedure to make sure any car that is released has enough fuel in it to get home, especially for jobs over 10k. (ours was just north of 12k). The response we get back is: well the insurance pays for it so the total amount is irrelevant. Q To say that we shouldn't care about this because the insurance pays for it is downright insulting and super manipulative by this joke of a company. 3) the next excuse is, "well we had to drive it around to test it so what do you want us to do?" 4) At this point, we start to get upset and finally the wildly poor customer service associate gets her even more terrible manager Jason to step in. Jason immediately restates the precious two excuses and then starts to rattle off more excuses like he has a list of them ready to go - including the "well we aren't going to fill up your tank" and for what had to be the FIFTH time, we say we only want what was is the tank. He finally capitulates and gets us our gas. We wait another 20 minutes for this funniless Michael Scott of repair shops to us the gas we needed to get to gas station. Some tips of advice for Zenetec people; 1) treat the customers with respect, especially ones who have recently had serious medical incidents. 2) develop a checklist for when you release a car. The fact is happened to an established company is not only sad, pathetic but embarrassing. 3) have a policy that ensures all released cars have a minimum fuel level, because duh. 4) tell your customer service associates to STOP MAKING EXCUSES. It just makes everything so much worse. 5) never say, "well why do you care, you don't pay for it". We have paid over $20,000 of insurance premiums you daft muppets. 6) rethink Jason's employment as a manager of anything. To potential customers of zenetec: avoid at all costs. read more

The work done on my brand new car was fantastic, however the experience when I picked it up made me question this business's work. Whoever 'parked' my car, put on the parking brake, and when I went to leave for home, I couldn't figure out why the car wouldn't drive properly! Reason 2...had to bring the car back...white scratch on part of the car they didn't even work on...Reason 3....inside of car is dirty...this is a brand new car...the trunk shouldn't be muddy and there shouldn't be dirt any other places...especially the ones you didn't work on...it seems the detailing staff don't value their work and did a terrible job. Waited about an hour and a half while they tried to get the scratch out and re clean my car. Office staff originally said I would get a survey after picking up my car...hmmm...I wonder why they never sent me one??? read more

We had our 2 cars " detailed " with the deluxe package. The tar marks on the side of my wife's car had not been removed, the tires spokes had not been cleaned and the inside of the cars was barely clean. Save your money and go somewhere else! read more

I would never bring my vehicle here again,I was side swiped by another car.I brought my truck in for an estimate, I was told my truck would be painted on both sides of the vehicle so the paint blends in.I was also told that my replacement parts would be oem.The truck was put through my insurance company for a total of 24000 for repairs and parts.When I got my truck back Zenetec only painted the one side and did not use oem parts.I will never ever go back to this company,waste of money. read more

Very professional staff handling things to their best ability and made my collision easy to deal with for the most part. My car was quoted to be 20 days in the body shop. Ended up being 23 or 25. No big deal at all. After a month I was so excited to get my car back. Only to realize within .5 seconds of seeing it the work they did was not acceptable and should never left their shop. They handled it great and had no problems with making it right although it took about another 2 weeks. I just wanted it to be right and there was really no rush since I had a rental. They did a great job fixing what was wrong the first time around and a good job blending the paint to my driver door. Everything seemed great, took the car home and the next day it was very bright out and the side of my car almost looked orange instead of red and they did not blend the paint to the bumper at all and it's very noticeable on a bright day. Hard to tell in a picture but I've had a few people point it out while talking to them. I kind of expected more since the quote was twice as much as anyone else around. I'm just tired of having my car in the shop and I'm honestly not sure if they are even able to make it right. Also from sitting not being driven for 1.5 months it seems a brake calliper might be sticking and my brakes shake bad now so I'm very frustrated about that. Not really their fault, just one of those things that happens and is out of everyone's control. Honestly it's not the worst work but I'm not sure if I'd go back Update: My door alignment is off as well as the paint, sucks having to look at it everyday But Honda replaced my brakes under warranty, there was an update because they were corroding too fast and since it sat for so long the effect was magnified so that's all taken care of. Professionally run car wash. Best in Barrie period. Lots of free vacuums.Doesn't leave water marks. Although not touchless, it is a superior gentler wash. 25.00 + tax and you have unlimited washes for one month. Do the math, use a couple time a week and a wash averages down to 5-6 bucks, can't beet it. Employees have good understanding of the English language and I'm assuming they are all not part of one single family. Company appears to be an equal opertunity employeer for all. read more
