They me realize that due to my busy work schedule I do not have time to always wash my car. When I pulled my car into the driveway parking lot I actually realized I have never let my car be washed by anyone. The boys at WashMaster, were waiting for me, big smiles on their faces and wanting to see the ASpec. They new I was getting married and time was limited and said they would have my girl all ready for my special day. Guys and Gil's, I'm one of the fussiest men you will ever meet. Perfection is a understatement yes I had a exterior clean and engine detail! Interior clean, leather seat soften up and rims popping with a deep gloss. My ASpec looks amazing. The red leather interior has a deep soft elegant feel. Please know that the wash master auto spa guys will take care of you and will make you feel like you're more than number one like you're the only customer all day. I approached them very quickly and they tired to close the lid quick and sneaky so I wouldn't see. They wouldn't look at me or answer my questions when I asked what the heck is going on. One of the worst experiences I have ever been through with my car. My father and stepmother had an…read moreaccident in Florida as they are snowbirds. 2 months after the accident, Zenetec finally receives the car with a quarter of a tank of gas in it. After waiting for 2 months for these, they finally say the car is done. My farther, who recently had a stroke, and I go to pick the car up and the gas tank is bone dry - needle BELOW empty on the fuel gage. We go back in and say there isn't even enough gas to get to a gas station. Over the course of the next 20 minutes, we hear the following excuses: 1) It's not our responsibility to fill the tank up. (quite obviously since we are simply asking for what was in the tank when it was brought in to Zenetec AT BEST, and at worst, enough to get to a gas station) 2) we stated that it should be procedure to make sure any car that is released has enough fuel in it to get home, especially for jobs over 10k. (ours was just north of 12k). The response we get back is: well the insurance pays for it so the total amount is irrelevant. Q To say that we shouldn't care about this because the insurance pays for it is downright insulting and super manipulative by this joke of a company. 3) the next excuse is, "well we had to drive it around to test it so what do you want us to do?" 4) At this point, we start to get upset and finally the wildly poor customer service associate gets her even more terrible manager Jason to step in. Jason immediately restates the precious two excuses and then starts to rattle off more excuses like he has a list of them ready to go - including the "well we aren't going to fill up your tank" and for what had to be the FIFTH time, we say we only want what was is the tank. He finally capitulates and gets us our gas. We wait another 20 minutes for this funniless Michael Scott of repair shops to us the gas we needed to get to gas station. Some tips of advice for Zenetec people; 1) treat the customers with respect, especially ones who have recently had serious medical incidents. 2) develop a checklist for when you release a car. The fact is happened to an established company is not only sad, pathetic but embarrassing. 3) have a policy that ensures all released cars have a minimum fuel level, because duh. 4) tell your customer service associates to STOP MAKING EXCUSES. It just makes everything so much worse. 5) never say, "well why do you care, you don't pay for it". We have paid over $20,000 of insurance premiums you daft muppets. 6) rethink Jason's employment as a manager of anything. To potential customers of zenetec: avoid at all costs.

Bill and Cam just installed another shower door which fits and works perfectly. They came out on the day we had arranged, called ahead of arrival, came on time, and completed the job which looks great! We were very happy that they also were able to adjust a shower door previously installed. We are very happy with the service, professionalism and warranty they provide Glass Doctor of Barrie provided. They are reasonably priced. The first call was to Accurate Glass on a recommendation from a friend, we left our info with the receptionist and she said someone would get back to us the next day. Two weeks later we called and told her to take us off the call list. Second place was Barrie Metro Glass , I emailed them and they emailed back and said to send pics & measurements, I specified that we wanted to have someone come and take a look at what we wanted in person, so we never replied to that email. the call to The Glass Doctor was the best experience, right from the initial phone call answered by a very friendly person with interest in our call , she said she would have someone call the next day. Bill called as she said & set up an appointment for that same week. He came when he said he would, listened to what exactly we wanted, did all his measurements , chatted with us for a bit and gave us the estimate, that we were surprisingly happy with. He said it would be three weeks, but I think it was only two. They called to say the glass was ready and would be here for install on Friday @ 9:30 and he was . Bill & his coworker Aidan worked hard to install , they did have a bit of a struggle but not due to any fault of there's. When it was all completed( they had completed all by noon!) They cleaned up the area, cleaned the glass & explained everything we needed to know as far as cleaning the glass. They made this job seem so easy . We will definitely recommend The Glass Doctor to anyone that is looking for any type of glass work. Thankyou Bill & Aidan for making our day ! It was a longtime coming but you made it complete.
