She has been rude to us, rude to her coworkers, made a truly awful chocolate peanut butter Milkshake (did not know that was possible but it included a long black hair in the completely melted milkshake), and when we asked about an overcharge on an item we paid for, she stared blankly at us. So we asked for a manager and she said he was too busy. So we left. It's not the first time we've had a negative encounter at Bubbles when she was working. but it is too bad. I doubt I'll return.

Not only this, but the sign on the door said "No Pets Allowed (except service animals)." It was comforting to know that our kids were more welcome than the pets!
