He was very polite and patient and somehow he got these two guys to comply. I contacted other groomers within the area, but none of those places ever responded back to me through the email, which was very disappointing. But I'm so glad that Woofie came through for us. They were very courteous and responsive to me through Yelp chat, and all the questions I had were answered very promptly. I'm so happy with the results and our dogs look so clean and proper now. There are 5 acres of fun roaming space for dogs and the staff to dog ratio is high. I have a high needs setter...he needs lots and lots of exercise and socialization and he gets it here. Staff really love dogs! The owners are exceptional people. My Duffy has boarded here for long periods and I never worry about him. And, after daycare, he is much more inclined to listen and settle down.

Adam was kind, super relaxed and really took the time to understand the concerns and connect with Isaac before starting. He also took his time and didn't rush the trim which I feel contributed to Isaac's overall well being. After the trim Isaac was relaxed and had zero stress symptoms, physical or mental. His nails are better than they've ever been and were done with consistency and precision. We're lucky to have found Adam. Highly recommend.

So finding a self contained mobile groomer was a real plus. A full service groom for her. She had extra time so we got our second dog got a bath and brush. And our third dog, not to be left out, got her nails trimmed. Definitely gonna call these guys again. They were on time and thorough. For those services for three 70+ # dogs was $215 including gratuity. Gonna call them soon for our third dog to have a bath. She'll love it.

She now has dog boarding, dog daycare, and grooming in a house. I feel very comfortable boarding my dog with her because I know he will get the best of care. She's in tune with their needs. I had a very old dog I boarded and she let him stay in a bedroom on his own when he had too much of the playful dogs. The dogs play together indoors and she also has a fenced in yard out back. My dog gets excited when I take him there. I've used all her services: boarding, daycare, grooming, and in home care. I just returned from a 2 week trip and she came to my house to care for my parrot and water my plants. I was so pleased. I expected my plants to show some stress from all the heat but they are thriving. She is very knowledgeable about dogs because she is passionate about them. I highly recommend her business.

Robyn's Pet Grooming agreed to see them. They have been going regularly now for 1-1/2 years and we are so pleased with their treatment. They respond well to the sweet talk and patience of the staff who have vet tech experience as well as grooming skills. In fact, their groomer helped us determine that one of our cats showed signs of a physical problem. That led to our vet determining that he had developed diabetes and we were able to reverse the weight and muscle loss he was experiencing. The grooming is quick and efficient to minimize their stress, matting is no longer an issue and it's easier for them to keep themselves clean now.

Went here 6 months ago honestly thought about making this review because it's been awhile but after…read moremuch thought I think people should know how there being talked about behind the scenes went in to get my cat unmatted groomed & bathed after he gained weight & couldn't reach his back side so I went to what I thought was a professional groomer after dropping him off I waited for my uber to go home and pick him up when they'd call I had to wait 20 mins so I waited outside infront of a bush next to there mail box after about 10 mins I could hear my cat screaming loudly thru the window and them talking badly about me saying "did she even brush him" I didn't know he could get matted because his sister has a similar coating and never would get matted so no I didn't know what was causing the matting that's why I brought him in for "professional help" I don't think they could see me & felt comfortable making comments nonetheless I paid once he was done they were only able to groom him (I wonder why ) not bath him after a month I took him to his favorite vet during his visit not only was he now scared of other humans but was showing signs of aggression mind u he was never like this before his grooming visit
