I put the cart (which very clearly has their green leaf logo on the side of it) in a ziploc bag thinking I would have no problem exchanging it on my next visit as it is CLEARLY defective. When I took it back, the very nice budtender was ready to exchange it for me when the manager decided to step in and told her not to? He stopped the transaction and said with no receipt they can't do anything...even though their logo is on the product...that I brought back to the store....that fell apart in my pocket? I understand having a "return" policy but not taking back a defective item in which I was not able to use is pretty absurd to me (who keeps a weed receipt?) Awful product, awful experience with management. Will not be returning and I suggest you don't either.

Over a couple years I accumulated 7000 points which was the equivalent of spending $7000. I went there, not too long ago, and they changed their point system. They "couldn't figure out" how to change over to the new system. So they canceled all of my 7000 points. Which is the same as taking away $7000 from me! If they got $7000 just from me how much do you think they've scammed everyone out of doing this bullshit!? Fuck them! There are four other dispensaries within a couple of miles of that fucking dump! Do not fucking go there! I had to give them 1 star in able to post this. No fucking stars!
