And I get it that some people people enjoy the daily process of tending to your plants but for me with prices this low hell it's just easier to buy. Now mind you there is a large selection of craft items available other than the specials at "regular " pricing but there was enough selection on the specials to make me happy. And upon consuming said specials was pleased at the freshness and potency. The store interior itself is upgraded with the offerings now listed on signage and the specials on counter placards. They have a decent selection of accessories in the display cases. The website is really nice and seems up to date. I dont know about the other stores but this place is huge maybe 10,000 sq ft. Lots of open space with some display cases for pipes and accessories on the floor. Nice electronic display of what they sell on the wall behind the counter. Friendly staff. Was told they grow all thier own product for MA in MA. That's the law can't import over state lines. Accessories can come from anywhere. Their roster of flower strains seemed average but certainly good enough to grab something tasty which I did. Acid Dough a straight sativa strain checking in at a whopping 26 %. Liked the added Boost humidity regulator packet that was in the cannister. First time I've encountered that added bit of value and its very cool. At there was about 6 customers however I counted 9 employees. 1 outside door, 1 at door, 1 at inner door, 1 on floor and 5 behind counter. The place is built out to handle traffic and maybe they were expecting it to be busy. Pretty chill vibe. I engaged in a lengthy conversation with Jeremy about all sorts of things including cannabis. One drawback, it's cash only at this time. Was not noted on website or on any store signage. When I went to pay with my card I was then informed at counter. I had to back away and hit one of the 2 ATM's there. But certainly all in all a pretty good experience. For me it's a bit further from home and all things being or becoming equal in this industry (somewhat like running out to get milk at the supermarket) you will go to the store thats most convenient unless somebody is that much better. You always get a higher quality cannabis product here , the atmosphere is professional & clean, it's not a loud place, and you can't beat their customer service staff members! Growing up in the '70s and '80s, going to college in the late 80s and early nineties, before cannabis was legal in some states, I had no idea there was a difference between marijuana plants, I didn't know most of the terminology used, and we usually ended up buying it from some shady character living in a trailer park without Street lamps tucked into the woods, LOL. I'm 55 years old and, I usually have quite a few questions so that I can make sure I'm consuming it correctly. The staff members here have never, and I mean never, given me an attitude about my taking up their time, which is rare in any retail store where you may have to ask questions. They are always more than willing to help me out or find somebody immediately who can answer any of my questions. It also doesn't matter if it's a rainy day, if it's the first thing in the morning or right before closing either, they are simply pleasant people I enjoy talking to (and I've learned a lot from them, which, in turn, means that I've spent more money there after asking questions of the staff members). I have been able to wean myself off of two different kinds of prescription medications that helped me with anxiety and with pain. Now I know exactly what works for my sleeping disorders as well as how to cope with chronic back pain that I was born with so that I can lead a semi-normal life. So glad that I have been able to get honest answers from the staff members here, without them making me feel like I'm just some old idiot who doesn't know what she's doing. Love it here, absolutely the best place so far in my area!
