When you ask about how to document your not listed but debilitating condition, the staff does not seem to know. Alternately told to leave it blank, then don't leave it blank. Be sure you get clear information on how to fill out this form if you happen to have one of the many, many conditions it does not cover. Then there's the scheduling. Canna Care Docs has walk-in only scheduling. Absolutely no appointments. I don't know how patients with truly debilitating medical conditions are expected to plan for a walk-in appointment that might take them hours just to wait in a waiting room chair. Personally, I plan my time out of my home very carefully around my pain, energy, medication, and nausea/eating schedules. I can't possibly plan for something that might involve an hour wait, or might involve a 3 hour wait. I also don't drive, so if I needed to plan a ride either through the MBTA The Ride or a friend, I'd have no way of knowing when to schedule my pick-up for my return trip or how long to ask my friend to plan to take out their day to help me with this. I cannot possibly be the only prospective patient who faces these challenges. Anyone with a debilitating medical condition is going to have at least some of these issues. I'm going to be booking my appointment with a clinic that actually considers their patients' needs, from the history form to scheduling.

You always get a higher quality cannabis product here , the atmosphere is professional & clean, it's not a loud place, and you can't beat their customer service staff members! Growing up in the '70s and '80s, going to college in the late 80s and early nineties, before cannabis was legal in some states, I had no idea there was a difference between marijuana plants, I didn't know most of the terminology used, and we usually ended up buying it from some shady character living in a trailer park without Street lamps tucked into the woods, LOL. I'm 55 years old and, I usually have quite a few questions so that I can make sure I'm consuming it correctly. The staff members here have never, and I mean never, given me an attitude about my taking up their time, which is rare in any retail store where you may have to ask questions. They are always more than willing to help me out or find somebody immediately who can answer any of my questions. It also doesn't matter if it's a rainy day, if it's the first thing in the morning or right before closing either, they are simply pleasant people I enjoy talking to (and I've learned a lot from them, which, in turn, means that I've spent more money there after asking questions of the staff members). I have been able to wean myself off of two different kinds of prescription medications that helped me with anxiety and with pain. Now I know exactly what works for my sleeping disorders as well as how to cope with chronic back pain that I was born with so that I can lead a semi-normal life. So glad that I have been able to get honest answers from the staff members here, without them making me feel like I'm just some old idiot who doesn't know what she's doing. Love it here, absolutely the best place so far in my area!
