You always get a higher quality cannabis product here , the atmosphere is professional & clean, it's not a loud place, and you can't beat their customer service staff members! Growing up in the '70s and '80s, going to college in the late 80s and early nineties, before cannabis was legal in some states, I had no idea there was a difference between marijuana plants, I didn't know most of the terminology used, and we usually ended up buying it from some shady character living in a trailer park without Street lamps tucked into the woods, LOL. I'm 55 years old and, I usually have quite a few questions so that I can make sure I'm consuming it correctly. The staff members here have never, and I mean never, given me an attitude about my taking up their time, which is rare in any retail store where you may have to ask questions. They are always more than willing to help me out or find somebody immediately who can answer any of my questions. It also doesn't matter if it's a rainy day, if it's the first thing in the morning or right before closing either, they are simply pleasant people I enjoy talking to (and I've learned a lot from them, which, in turn, means that I've spent more money there after asking questions of the staff members). I have been able to wean myself off of two different kinds of prescription medications that helped me with anxiety and with pain. Now I know exactly what works for my sleeping disorders as well as how to cope with chronic back pain that I was born with so that I can lead a semi-normal life. So glad that I have been able to get honest answers from the staff members here, without them making me feel like I'm just some old idiot who doesn't know what she's doing. Love it here, absolutely the best place so far in my area!

They give you a physical exam and talk to you about your qualifying condition for medical marijuana, in my case chronic back pain and sciatica. I have some experience medicating with cannabis, so I didn't have too many questions, but I got the impression that if I did, they would have taken the necessary time to answer them to my satisfaction. The only negative part is the wait. They operate on a first come first serve basis and do not take appointments, so I had about a 2 hour wait. Some of the people before me had been waiting a bit longer. This isn't necessarily Canna Care's fault. They were very efficient, but their service is in high demand. In any case, I think you can expect to be there for a couple hours at least. Whether you have a lot of experience medicating with cannabis or are new to it, I think you'll be happy with Canna Care. It was not at all a shady or intimidating process. I'll define return to the Seekonk location for my one year renewal.
