What a scam they run. I placed an online order and picked it up same day. 1 promo was $9 more in store, another promo wasn't honored in store so the items were full price, and they rang me up for an extra item not part of the online order. When I asked the employee why it cost so much more they said prices change and however it rings up in store is the price. I got home and checked the website and all unhonored promos and cheaper prices are still listed for the Wareham location. This is the definition of the word Scam. read more

I drive out of my way here because the prices and deals are usually so much better. Nice options of high percentage flower. My one complaint is the 1/4 quality is not great; stems outer leaf, small buds. I usually buy 1/8s and get big beautiful buds. I find the reviews claiming they don't allow you to return back into the store about a missing item odd... that's pretty standard for dispensary's... They always go through what they are putting in the bag with you. read more

Great prices and customer service but the quality of these carts are a 1 out of 10. The terpenes smell and taste so synthetic the cart literally tasted like cologne. I've been smoking for years and can't believe this was sold by an actual dispensary I'd expect this from a gas station or a smoke shop. read more

Very surly unwelcoming receptionist on both visits. Otherwise ok but not exceptional. Why are all these shops so sterile?

This is the WORST place to deal with. I went to cranberry highway in Wareham ma last week I bought 3 pre rolls didn't open the bag which was stapled until I was on my coach opened the bag and 1 of the containers were EMPTY. SO I thought no big deal I was going there the following day to tell them and do a little shopping. The Manager in charge who looked to be no more than 20 years old told me he thought I was lying ,,asked me to smell the empty container and said it smells like cannabis. Omg I said is this a joke your a marijuana dispensary what is it supposed to smell like. Lol... My mind was blown so I didn't spend my money there and they didn't nothing about it just called me a liar. BEWARE,,HORRIBLE,,DISRESPECTFUL, SCAMMERS. Also tried for 2 days to email call the owner and nothing. I also left my name and # to another employee to have the owner call me.. lol Nothing. Awful place read more

Never had any problems with them so far,but if i buy a vape and the container it comes in is empty then i will expect you to make it right.I actually bought 2 half grams at Bask n when i got home n opened them one was empty,so i called and they made it right,so now whenever i buy vape i open it outside the store to make sure its right.I hope if this happens at ur store u will make it right or u will lose more customers read more

Went in to purchase a product and was given the wrong item. When asked to exchange for the correct item I was told no. They do not exchange even if You are given the wrong product. I should have double checked beforehand. Just saying check your product before leaving. read more

I never got my cannabis. I ended up walking out after witnessing a woman getting TOLD to leave. From what I could see this woman was having a private conversation with her bud tender about security. The manager Matt (who I only know his name because I overheard the woman saying his name.) He jumped in on her conversation from across the room by asking her what she was wearing. ? She said what are you talking about? He told her she wasn't supposed to be wearing her pocketbook into the main area and that he had told her that before? She stated that the security guard let her in and that there was obviously no weapon in her small fanny pack type bag? She looked at him and said "Are you seriously questioning my right to free speech? I'm speaking to the bud tender not to you? What are you doing?" Then the woman said "do you not want me in the store?" Matt the manager said "you can leave" all because this woman had a pocketbook on her shoulder. Also because she was commenting to the bud tender about them needing security and to stop targeting ONLY WOMEN, and their pocketbooks. The woman left the store. She looked pretty professional like she knew what she was talking about. She stated that she was going to contact everybody she could regarding the discrimination of women AT that store. Also, the fact That your basic civil rights are disregardED once you walk in there. If you can't have a conversation between you and your bud tender without this manager correcting you and telling you to leave because he doesn't like what you have to say then I wouldn't give them five cents of my money. I thought the customer was always right? I wouldn't recommend this place just for that fact recommend them. So many people fought so hard for medical marijuana but they are discriminating against women. I ended up taking my $300 to bask in Fairhaven mass and they were wonderful. I told them what happened to the woman and they told me that it was unacceptable and that women are allowed to wear their bags at bask. Also if they're so afraid of people having weapons why are they picking on a little lady instead of the men that they said were fighting in the parking lot prior too that?.. Also I'm happy that I went to bask my vapes are way better from bask and I have way more effects. so Matt keep kicking us out of the store and pushing us into the arms of somebody else who appreciates us ! read more
