I loved this dispensary! I had never bought cannabis recreationally in Massachusetts before, and when I came to visit my friend for her birthday, we stopped here on the way back to her apartment. There was no line to get in and the staff was really friendly. the place felt clean and professional. They had all of the flower available to see in cases, not just pictures on a screen. and then when you're ready you walk over and can place your order at a digital station, then the staff prepares it for you and you pay for/ pick up your product at the front. They had a great selection with lots of choices and their base prices are reasonable although the state taxes here for cannabis are pretty high. Elevated Roots is a fucking scam! When I first started going there they had a point system. You got one point for every dollar you spent. Over a couple years I accumulated 7000 points which was the equivalent of spending $7000. I went there, not too long ago, and they changed their point system. They "couldn't figure out" how to change over to the new system. So they canceled all of my 7000 points. Which is the same as taking away $7000 from me! If they got $7000 just from me how much do you think they've scammed everyone out of doing this bullshit!? Fuck them! There are four other dispensaries within a couple of miles of that fucking dump! Recently bought some strains that turned out not to be as advertised, NY Sour Diesel for one was weak, no flavor and tasted nothing like what the original strain is. Very mid dispensary with somewhat high prices. Online order system is a joke. I order ahead of time a couple times just for my order to not be there. Their online menu has the wrong info about strains and prices. I definitely recommend other dispensaries in the area and not Elevated Roots in any town. read more
