I'm a huge fan of this super convenient location with plenty of parking. I mean, I wish it weren't so sterile looking and had more products in pretty displays like they have in and around Springfield, but hopefully CT will catch on and continue to improve. With that said, I definitely like the products and prices more here than at the competition up the street that I will never return to. I mean, they sent me a coupon and their gummies still would've cost more than they do on a regular day at full price at ZenLeaf. Service is slow and disorganized. Came in to pick up a preorder - there was a bunch of customers standing around with no employees to be seen. After standing around for a while, some employees surfaced, but the lines still weren't moving. One guy opened a cash only register and I thought maybe I should move into that line, but that caused me to wind up in line behind people that came in after me. He kept disappearing and the line didn't move. Had to leave because I had somewhere to be and wasn't expecting this kind of hold up for a pre order. I purchased a Select vape pod from Zen Leaf Newington. After trying to use it in 2 chargers I relized it was faulty. Yried to draw so hard a little oil came out the end. I thought getting a replacement would not be a problem. What I got was a curled lip and "it's not our fault we dont package the product you have to contact the grower". All the product is still in the pod and I am out $64.00. I emailed Zen customer service and got no response so I guess that is the way they do bussiness. First and last time I will ever visit Zen Leaf. read more

After I told them I was here for the weekend to see Metallica then heading back to Florida on Monday, they understood the assignment. So about a few weekends ago I went to the zen leaf Newington CT location and I never had complaints, I loved the place up until a few weekends ago I went in and purchased a 5 pack of pre rolls and in the pic is what I got, pot was all over in the container that came out of one of the pre rolls, and since they don't let you open the products in the dispensary to check to make sure I got what I paid for which I think is a really stupid policy I waited to get right outside in the parking lot and I poped the container open, when I saw what I got I went back inside thinking I should be able to get a refund or an exchange for something else with no problems. I mean they did the return that one time but said they don't normally do returns and I would have to contact there vendor directly. Like I'm the paying customer, why is it my problem or responsibility to contact your vendors when I purchased directly from zen leaf, that's there problem, I'm the paying customer, such terrible customer service, I would advize for no one to shop at a zen leaf location again since they refuse doing returns for defective products. They say it's in there policy, They think that's going to protect them from a lawsuit. I get an email back tonight from there customer service team also saying I'd have to email there vendor, again not my problem, it's freaking pot, all I want to do is purchase what I paid for and go home lol, why the heck would I want to email anyone to get a refund or to email for issues I had, such terrible customer service. Like I was saying my advice to all, find a better dispensary this place is terrible. read more
