There is a small parking lot and the building used to be a bank. The place was spacious, clean, and organized. When I first walked in, there was a person at the counter who checked ID's. There were seats and a kiosk in a waiting area; you can order on the kiosk and then wait there. Once the items are ready, you're called into the next room to meet the budtender. They check your ID again and then you checkout with them. If you use a debit card, there will be a $4 charge; it's best to use cash or Dutchiepay which links to your bank account and there is no fee; they also accept Google pay and Apple pay. You can also pre-order on their website and pick-up. The people that worked there were friendly and knowledgeable. Check out their website for sales and coupons; currently new customers get discounts. Since this type of establishment is still new to the state of CT, the prices are higher compared to nearby states; this is beyond their control though, so I can't fault them for that.
