The glue was all over my teeth and lumpy and she was rushing to put them on because she had to many people waiting for their appointments! The gems were not straight in a row or aligned evenly. Within one hour of getting them done the first one fell off within the next 2 hours all 6 of them came completely off. I have glue caked up on my teeth currently that I cannot get off due to her inexperience & have to make an appointment at my dentist to get it removed! I paid $200 to have these gems put on what a rip off! Not to mention I had a scheduled appointment and had to wait over 40 mins to be seen for my appointment. She over books appointments and there was over 8 people waiting for her services in her tiny shop ridiculous! He was good with making conversation and was so focused and dedicated to his work, but when I asked if they had the wifi password, he legit was like "yeah, but it's very long and they have it downstairs so" then proceeded to do his work. i always really like going here, the guy that works there is super nice and in the past i watched…read morehim deal with some pretty difficult people. he always handles it really well. he's super patient and fast which is exactly what you need from a piercer and tells you what you need for aftercare. his rundowns are great and you can tell he's been in the business for a while. he uses surgical grade steel for the piercings too which is great. and he always marks you with a marker to make sure you're happy with where it's going before he does it. he always says "dots are free" whenever he marks you up which is funny to me lol, he let me be picky with my second nostril piercing so that i made sure they were symmetrical. overall, super chill dude, knows what he's doing, and it makes me wanna go back every week lol. i also love the way it's decorated in there it's fantastic. (came here for my second lobes and both nostril piercings, plus whatever i get in the future)

The jewelry used was so long it was sticking out from both sides of my ear and I was not able to put my glasses on. Yes, there needs to be room for swelling but it was way too much. It kept snagging and getting caught, making it pull my ear- pretty painful. I went somewhere else and they told me she used barbell jewelry instead of what is normally used for a helix. The second place replaced it and it felt much better - no more snagging and pulling. Would not recommend this place at all.
