I wanted to hire the best and decided on Ryson. Jason and Ryan are incredibly hard working. Sometimes I send emails in the middle of the night and feel bad because I know they will still respond quickly. Yes, they have a pre-set onboarding process, but I found it to be very professional. I wanted to open at lighting speed because I had been delayed so long with the pool construction. I bought a lot of things that just weren't needed like duvet covers that weren't white or pillow cases that were special and only in a set of two and those had to go. That was disappointing, but we didn't want sheets in the photos that were impossible to replace. It's better to have things done perfectly so your first guests will be 10 star happy and ours were. The consistent comments I get from guests are that the management company is quick to respond and resolve problems. From their website identify their properties and look at the reviews there and on Airbnb. Many of the comments will not only compliment the house, but also Ryson typically it's related to communication, problem resolution or cleanliness. I've had pool issues and after many months of dead ends, they helped me get to the bottom of the problem. With our city getting serious about neighbor complaints, I'm not worried because I know Ryson will be on top of it. We had one group during Cochella that was playing meditation music so loud that I got a call from the neighbors in the middle of the night. Ryan let them know that they would be out there right away and if he could hear the music from the exterior of the home he would immediately terminate the stay if the guests didn't comply. They were also protective to ensure the safety of their cleaning staff. It cost me money, but I respect that. If staff are treated well, they will take care of the home well. No management company is perfect. It's a demanding job with lot of surprises every day. We look at the house as a business. It doesn't have to be my way, it just needs to be safe, beautiful, professionally managed and provide our guests with a great experience.     RENTER BEWARE! As a…read moreproperty management company, Sunny Days is the worst and here's why: (rental property located in the wine country/Temecula) * Over 6 windows would not close nor lock. When contacting VRBO and Sunny Days along with videos/pictures, they would not do anything to fix it as "it did not pose a threat to the security of the home." * Broken furniture in the home. * Dead animal on patio table * Ripped patio furniture * Oven would not open * Did not disclose that cameras and listening devices would be placed inside/outside the home on the listing. * Over charging during booking. After 15 days of constantly calling, they magically found the issue and refunded that amount. The bigger question, is how long have they been overcharging people? Suggestions: * Ask to review the detailed contract before signing a contract. * Sunny Days forces the renter to pay for damage protection but it's not disclosed until AFTER you purchase one from VRBO. I was forced to pay for two damage policies. * Book over 30 days prior so that you can cancel after reading/understanding how they are charging a fee and tax on every line item. * Read/review the Riverside county taxes/wind country taxes/transient taxes that can be charged. For example, you will be charged taxes on top of a listing fee, pet fee, spa heating fee, and yes... they can charge you taxes on linens. Hence for the recommendation to review the many charges prior to committing. * Always remember there's the BBB/Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission to report fraud companies like Sunny Days. My family and I left the property within 12 hours because we felt unsafe and violated. Sadly we lost our money. I'm hoping this review can help others not have the same experience.

    I had my real estate license for probably 30 years. The absolute worst experience I could have…read moreimagined. What should've been a simple move-in on a rental was horrific. Starting with the deposit which could've been made online, but I was told that it couldn't only then to be Harassed by emails stating that it wasn't paid on time when they wouldn't let me pay it before I moved in because they needed a cashiers check and I was moving from out of town. Showed up at the property. The property had not been inspected by the realtor. It was filthy. It was turn key. There was no sheet on the bed. The refrigerator was full of food. The shower was filthy. There was no key to the mailbox, no gate code. It is now dark and I am sitting on the porch waiting for the cleaners to finish up so that I could move in a unit that was supposed to be ready yesterday. The agent is very pleasant, but certainly doesn't do the due diligence that is requires to rent a property. I rent every winter in the desert. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had. And fairness to the agent, I will say that he did run out and buy bedsheets. But all of this could have been avoided if he just would've inspected the property prior to telling me it was ready for me to move in. Again, a lovely person not a great agent.
