My pain specialist recommended Christina and I have gone only once but feel better already. She used pressure and massage and hot stones to relax the muscle spasms causing the pain and stretch the areas. I slept better than I have in a long time. Christina listened to my concerns and adapted her approach during the massage. I will go back for additional massages to keep up this progress, which I will use in conjunction with physical therapy and pain management. This was a very good recommendation to enhance my other therapies. I have had other neck massages at wonderful spas, but this massage was different in it's effect.
