I took my 3 children for their 6 month check up (our 3rd time bringing them to Zen Dentistry), only for them to tell me that they dont feel comfortable working on children. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE. I wont be going back either. Why do they take child patients if they dont "feel comfortable" working on children???? Came in for my cleaning, first time visiting this location, nice area, very welcoming environment. The doctors assistance was great made me feel comfortable while taking my x-rays. The only downside is, I felt my general annual teeth cleaning was done very quick by the general doctor or whom ever the lady that came after. This was not the standard I expected. I have gotten my teeth cleaned in other locations and my experience with my cleaning has been VERY different. Just in general from all the teeth cleaning services I have had throughout the years, this has been my least favorite experience. Don't feel like much was done, a bit aggressive through the process. I am suppose to be coming in to get some work done on some cavities but I am unsure If I am going to anymore, and perhaps consider another practice for this. read more

Just concluded my visit to Doctor Davidowitz's office, and I must applaud the procedure that was done in regards to cleaning, informing, and executing the dental procedure. My other dentist office didn't have a time slot for me to get a cleaning until October, and this was after a month of waiting for an answer, and I'm a patient that needs to be seen every 3 months to get work done, so I did some Yelp research and found Doctor D, and made an appointment ASAP. The office is a Mom and Pop style, which is hard to find these days and very welcoming. Doctor D and co-worker were very friendly, personable, professional and thorough with the work I needed done, this is exemplary level care I was looking for. Everything has gone wrong here. I researched Dr. Lee... Made an appointment on zoc doc with him. I was an extreme pain from grinding my teeth and having broken one and splintered the other... But small enough to be able To have a filling done. Somehow, a doctor called Dr. Samoa swiped the appointment... Proceeded to address everything but the teeth I came into address. She extracted three teeth, and then when I came back for a follow up, she had forgotten which teeth she extracted and was getting ready to extract the same teeth. I had to argue with her that she had already done so... Not only that, but in the course of doing that, I'm pretty sure she broke a tooth next to one of the extraction sites using it as leverage to get the molar out. It has been over two months, and the pain has been so excruciating that my blood pressure has shot up sky high and I am now having to get on blood pressure medication. She chipped another tooth during a cleaning. She also took it upon herself to give me pricing... Which was completely off, considering I have insurance and she is not the receptionist. There seems to be an animosity between the receptionist and her, and I was informed that the doctor does. " her own thing". The two teeth that I came into address originally, are still broken, and now the one that could've been filled with a filling is going to require a crown. I'm pretty sure she waited on purpose so that she could tell me that I have to have this extra work. I would not recommend this office to anyone. If I could give zero stars, I would.oh! I also forgot to mention that she sent in my amoxicillin prescription under a doctors name who I've never heard of in my life read more

Just came in here today 5-20-2024 for an appointment. My appointment was made over the phone 2 weeks prior. The attendant I spoke with said that my insurance is covered and within their network, but when I got in their office the lady at the front desk stated that my insurance would only cover 25%. I don't understand why would they not call me to let me know this ahead of time so I could have called and made an appointment through other dentists. They waited the last minute (on the day off) to call me from a no id (private number) to let me know. No professional manners, doesn't acknowledge the patient when you enter the office and more importantly, the lab is slow and sloppy! I came here for the first time today after seeing a new patient special on Facebook. The special specifically mentioned a free laser teeth whitening with an exam, cleaning, and xrays provided they were covered by ones insurance. They did indeed honor the promotion, and I have to say I was quite pleased with the service here. They have a few amenities that make them stand out from other Dentist. Specifically, they have a comfort menu that contains: noise canceling headphones with your choice of relaxating music, or earplugs, a refreshment towel, gold undereye patches, support pillows for neck or back, a sparkling beverage and ecen CBD gummies for anxiety. As far as the laser teeth whitening goes... they actually offer 2 different types, GLO science and POLA. The latter (POLA) is notable for containing a stronger concentration of hydrogen peroxide, I believe it was 30%. However, as one can imagine, this POLA service is not the free teeth whitening offered. Instead, it is strictly a paid service. The former (GLO science) contains 10% hydrogen peroxide, which is superior to at home teeth whitening, namely Crest WhiteStrips, which contain only 6.5% hydrogen peroxide. All in all, I was quite pleased with the results. They also gave a free Invisalign consultation as well. The staff was friendly and pleasant. I will definitely be returning in 6 months for my next checkup/ cleaning. read more

I've gone to Dr. Yeh since I was in elementary school, aka 20+ years. He is an amazing dentist, super friendly and professional. Office staff are very polite and friendly, bilingual in English & Chinese. The office is clean. The appointments are always on time, maybe the longest wait would be like 5 minutes -- which is practically nothing at any medical related. I've gotten fillings, teeth pulled, and never once had a problem. My whole family goes to him. Highly recommended! read more

Zen took over an existing (and terrific) practice several months ago. They never sent emails or anything introducing themselves, telling patients who they are (I still don't know the names of the dentists). I continued to go there for the hygienist, Nya who is wonderful. But when I had an appointment with her last Friday, they kept me waiting almost an hour and then announced to me that "it was going to be a little longer". So I left. Later in the day they called to reschedule and said it was my misunderstanding as the appointment time was later than i thought it was. I resent them the confirmation email they had sent me the day before and complained that I was not happy with being gaslighted. No response. They have no respect for their patients' time or comfort. This is one of several franchises under the same name (like having your teeth cleaned at McDonalds), and clearly for them this is a numbers game. NEVER AGAIN! I was here because my crown fell off. I was told on the phone, while making an appointment, that the price would be $95. Once I got there the doctor said that it was $95 plus $195 because there was a cavity on the side of my tooth. I agreed on the price. While cleaning the cavity he broke my tooth and asked for $1050 to make a new crown. I will have to go find a professional, who is actually experienced. He is NOT A GOOD DOCTOR. My tooth is in a way worse condition now than it was when I walked in. read more

I cannot begin to tell you how much I hate going to the dentist office. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate having healthy teeth and a clean mouth -- but sometimes the path to getting there is longer and more scary (to me), then I can express in this post. But . . . I think I have found a dentist I can live with -- one who can help to calm my fears (most of them anyhow), and understands the depth of my emotional trauma as it relates to visiting the dentist. This husband and wife team -- he is the oral surgeon in the family -- share their office space in this small but modern office (as far as their dental technology is concerned). Both of them are very capable, sweet and understanding. They do an admirable job in limiting the amount of discomfort you have to go through. To round out this review . . . I am very thankful my teeth are solid and healthy and have to go through as little treatment as possible -- in general -- both while using this dentist and others. My whole extended family uses this particular practice and everyone seems to be satisfied by these very nice people and very talented dentists. read more

Amazing! I promised I would write this review for him. My past dentist was an uneasy visit and made me fear the dentist. So I heard Stephen was great and painless. I needed a root canal and in time a crown which is the easier part. The entire time there he made me feel comfortable and constantly asked if I was in any pain which is very good if you are uneasy with dentists. Minimal xrays which I like,In and out without a hitch. I don't know where to begin... Let me start off saying that this dentist is the best I've ever had thus far. I was recommended to him by a friend and I recommend him to everyone. Many years ago I've had bad bad experiences with dentists to where I started feeling nervous. He calmed my nerves by talking and explaining on what where why and how things needed to be done for my procedure. Really cool sense of humor and he making u feel very comfortable is his main priority. The receptionist also a very friendly lady. The place is very tidy like everything is brand new. The clinic feels old and sterilization doesn't seem to be done right - the tools are not really sealed in a pouch. The dentist seems to take unnecessary full mouth x-ray just to make more money even if that means letting the patients be expose to more radiation. I feel like that's the definition of fake nice.
