There is a movie in the waiting room, play kitchens and puzzles, a personal screen over the dental chair with age appropriate happy music videos. There are stickers, fun toothbrushes, and toy favors lavished liberally on every tiny human that completes a visit. Tiny wonders why he doesn't get to go more often. All that aside, Dr Keren has wonderful bedside manner, educating both kids and parents patiently. She is gentle and kind and soothing to even the most anxious tiny one. I am blown away every time I'm here by how positive an experience we have and how well tiny human understands new lessons he learned at the office. The staff are equally enthusiastic about their job and incredibly organized. They have a seamless new patient process that starts before you get there, reminder emails and phone calls are prompt, and they are just really kind. Only con: you have to book your appointments two months in advance. They're pretty popular (for good reason). But since most of the time you're doing visits twice a year, you should be able to find something that works with a little planning. Note, they dont have a ton of space for stroller parking. Avoid bringing the tank unless you really have to.

I have been taking my son here since he was able 10 years old so I didn't have much to worry about. He is now 14 and loves going here. I decided to take my 2 year old daughter. She's definitely in her terrible 2s lol. She is loud and doesn't like being around alot of people. Thankfully the staff was so kind and patient with her. She absolutely loved it. They handled her so well she didn't fuse, fight or whined. First she was presented with a gift bag and a balloon which totally sold her lol. Then they put on her favorite cartoon on the ceiling TV which also got her attention. She got on her chair and the staff went to work. They were so patient and gentle with her. Soft spoken and just delightful. They even allowed me to take pictures. Then Dr Goldsmith came in and started performing little magic tricks. He to was patient and gentle. He is so professional and very knowledgeable. After brushing her teeth he explained so much stuff to us about her teeth. After he was done he did balloon animals. Right before we left they gave her another goodie bag. My little girl was so excited and left out of there with a big smile on her face. Her first experience was absolutely perfect. We are extremely happy parents and 100% recommend.
