I have been coming to Zelta Training for a year now. From the first time I spoke to Iggy to now- he's always been the most consultive trainer I have ever had. He truly cares about his clients health and the attention to detail when he's training you. Iggy has been training me for over a year and has changed my life for the better. I was diagnosed with Lupus in 2021 and let that sickness define me and my physical abilities. Attending this gym is like having a shared personal trainer. Iggy, the owner/trainer, gauges your fitness level and somehow keeps track of everyone's working weight per exercise, so he knows what weights they should grab should they forget themselves. He encourages you to safely push yourself to get stronger, but also helps you modify if you're injured so you don't make things worse. He'll even show you exercises to do before or after class to help you heal your injuries. I've personally had shoulder issues he's helped me work through so I can keep training without exacerbating the problem. The classes are proper weight training classes focusing on specific upper or lower body muscle groups with about 10 minutes of HIIT and 5 minutes core at the end. Tuesdays/Fridays are legs days, so no HIIT or core, since leg day taxes both core and cardio abilities. Iggy has a wealth of knowledge as well and tons of experience not just training others, but healing and training himself. He's got some great stories in that regard, but more importantly, he has an awesome attitude, great training style, and excellent training program that changes regularly to keep your body from getting complacent. Working with barbells and cable machines can be intimidating, but he makes the process smooth by explaining each exercise clearly and patiently adjusting the machines when needed, and ensuring everything is completed safely under his watchful eye. I've been training with Iggy since this place was Walnut Fit Body Bootcamp. I left early 2020 because the new owner was terrible. But now that it's CT40, I'm back full force! Iggy is great. I have been going to CT40 gym for almost two years now and I have seen so many great changes within my body. I have been following coach iggy's booty program for about three months already and I have seen so much growth. When I first started going to CT40 I was wearing a size 0 and now with the booty program I now wear a size 2-4.
