Emmm this place is ok,just "OK"..the sales staff are really really UNTRAINED in the firearms(gun…read moredepartment),they're so untrained that it really worked in my favor LOL,ok so first they don't know the difference between an Ar15 and a AK47 lol two of the most popular calibers of guns..now how did this work in my favor?they had 2 versions of a SKS rifles,1 version was a SKS-sporter which is very rare and takes the standard Ak47 mags and the other was just a plain Jane SKS that had the factory duckbill magazine, the plain Jane SKS had a couple "tacticool" upgrades to it like a cheap black stock on it and they were asking $700 for it,I almost bust out laughing when the lady gave me that price..$700?seriously?on a very good day these plain Jane SKS online will go for $400 but the average price is $250-300 so I'm not sure who's going to pay that much for something that's worth $250 plus the lady told me it's been sitting for over a year. Now the SKS-sporter which is the one I brought was priced $299 lol that thing is very rare as fat as SKS goes and is worth $6-800,I immediately brought it and was very happy with my new purchase..90% of the guns and rifles they sell are in very poor shape and they are asking so much for them,in most cases they're firearms are priced well over retail value, they had a glock going for $500 and was in terrible shape very poor shape,I mean u can get brand new glocks for $500 lol.. I'm not really writing this review to hurt there store but maybe a general manager can train them when buying guns and pricing them because the employees have no clue on how to price there firearms and I'm sure people walk out when they see those over priced fire arms

Then, they promise me I will have my shirts tomorrow. Well went today after 2 pm to get the shirts and they still don't have it. I was in the area and looking for some local themed souvenirs and decided to come here. While…read morenothing specifically jumped out at me, I did see a lot of quality items and gifts. Large parking lot, wide entrances and exits. There are a lot of items for sale here, all reasonably priced.

Just bought my wife's Mother's Day GIFT here. A roughly $300.00 bracelet and a card. When I asked…read moreto have it gift wrapped I was told they don't wrap sale items. I offered to pay for the gift wrapping, and they still would not wrap it. It should be said when ordering online there is an option to have the items wrapped. It should also be noted the entire store is having a 20% off sale at the moment. Does that mean they won't wrap anything you buy? I have spent hundreds of dollars at this store in the past. I bought my big green egg here that was over $1500 and also bought hundreds of dollars in accessories for my egg as well. This may seem trivial, but nobody cares about customer service anymore. They certainly don't at Outside & In! They have lost a customer today.

I am SHOCKED by the bad reviews others have left regarding the customer service at this shop!…read more I just went in for the first time this morning and was immediately greeted by two very sweet employees who asked if I needed help finding anything. I told them I was just going to look around and they kindly left me alone to browse. Picked out what I was looking for and a third super sweet lady rang me up. She genuinely thanked me for my business and said she's excited to see me again soon. They have a big selection of scrubs in all styles and colors, all sorts of accessories, and discounts for healthcare employees, plus very friendly staff. What more could you ask for? I think previous reviews absolutely do not represent the experience I had today and I'll gladly be returning to give them more of my business!

They have a stretch panel on the sides of the tops, so a woman can have curves without being unprofessional (i.e. you don't look like you're wearing a sack!). The pants also don't ride up when you sit down - HUGE plus! The women working give you an honest opinion - "You need to try one size up." "That looks great!" "Maybe you want to look at these instead?" They also realized when we were ordering that one of the women had picked up some petite pants without realizing it, which is how we'd all fit in this style though we range from 5'0 to 5'6! We had them embroidered. They're beautiful! We've received many compliments from our patients. It's a small shop with few employees, so it does occasionally suffer from too many customers coming in at once with too few employees to assist everyone.

This place. I had…read moremy doubts; small shop with no reviews and in a old/rundown building. Looks can be deceiving so never judge a book by its cover! I met the two guys who work there, Roger and Ryan (or is it Bryan?). I ride a 2003 Harley 1200 Custom. Anyways, I had an issue with my exhaust head studs and exhaust gaskets. For some reason when I had taken off my pipes, the flange nuts wouldn't go back on or they'd get loose real quick. Also had a problem with my front caliper, it would seize and the pistons inside it wouldnt work regardless of a rebuild kit. I usually do my own maintenance but I couldn't fix the problem due to the complexity of the job, plus I didn't have the time. If I would have went to the Harley dealership, they'd tell me i'd have to get Brembo brakes and that'd cost me a great deal as well as fixing my exhaust/pipe problem would cost me another ridiculous amount. Overall, with the front caliper and the exhaust/gasket problem, I paid $280. Sounds a lot but all the other places that would give me a quote was a lot higher. Plus, i got a new brake-line and had my Carburetor checked out just in case there was any problems.

I agree with what Matt G. wrote. I had a vibration in my…read more2001 Road Glide that no one else could diagnose. The "national brand" shop said they did not have a clue what was wrong and thought it could be an alignment issue but they don't have the equipment to check it. Another local shop of some reputation just said "its not too bad so just ride it until it breaks and then we will know what to fix." I found CCC pretty much by accident online, and went there to talk to them. Roger was very helpful and sure they could fix it. I took it in, and Bryan and I talked a while about what it was doing. I left it with him and it was fixed the next day. I am so glad to have my bike back running well. I won't go into detail about what the problem was but Bryan found it and fixed it when two other prominent shops would not even take it in and try. I have another Harley with an electrical problem and it is going to CCC on Monday.
