It should also be noted the entire store is having a 20% off sale at the moment. Does that mean they won't wrap anything you buy? I have spent hundreds of dollars at this store in the past. I bought my big green egg here that was over $1500 and also bought hundreds of dollars in accessories for my egg as well. This may seem trivial, but nobody cares about customer service anymore. The place is a run of the mill bargain place and though the furniture looks nice enough, the quality isn't all that it's cracked up to be. Many of the couches were "all-in-one", meaning that the cushions are all attached to the base. Seating that looked comfortable was unbearable and much of the stuff looked the same. The did have this really strange semi 80's want to be modern or of Italian design but looks like a cheap knock off.....horrible. The staff was nice enough, but knew that i was looking only and disappeared immediately. I won't be going back, BUT if I was on a tight budget or a new home dweller, the prices are cheap and there is something for everyone.
