(very happy with this decision as Monogram It was way faster than online ordering and i was able to talk directly to the company and make adjustments- and it was around the same price point as well) I called Monogram It and explained what I was looking for-- they walked me through the process and gave me an email to reach out to with pictures. They were extremely responsive and informative and over email explained the pricing and process and were very open to what I wanted the final product to look like. I dropped the hoodie off on a Tuesday, and told it would be finished by Friday-- it was done the next day! They were very nice and patient even when I wanted to change thread colors around.
