I waited around for almost 2 weeks and had never heard anything back from your business, so I eventually called to see what was going on and was told that they do not have the shirts. So I then asked for a refund, in which I have been constantly denied my money back even though I didn't receive my order. This has made me feel like I have been robbed, and I work really hard to support my family, and every dollar counts.

I am SHOCKED by the bad reviews others have left regarding the customer service at this shop!…read more I just went in for the first time this morning and was immediately greeted by two very sweet employees who asked if I needed help finding anything. I told them I was just going to look around and they kindly left me alone to browse. Picked out what I was looking for and a third super sweet lady rang me up. She genuinely thanked me for my business and said she's excited to see me again soon. They have a big selection of scrubs in all styles and colors, all sorts of accessories, and discounts for healthcare employees, plus very friendly staff. What more could you ask for? I think previous reviews absolutely do not represent the experience I had today and I'll gladly be returning to give them more of my business!

They have a stretch panel on the sides of the tops, so a woman can have curves without being unprofessional (i.e. you don't look like you're wearing a sack!). The pants also don't ride up when you sit down - HUGE plus! The women working give you an honest opinion - "You need to try one size up." "That looks great!" "Maybe you want to look at these instead?" They also realized when we were ordering that one of the women had picked up some petite pants without realizing it, which is how we'd all fit in this style though we range from 5'0 to 5'6! We had them embroidered. They're beautiful! We've received many compliments from our patients. It's a small shop with few employees, so it does occasionally suffer from too many customers coming in at once with too few employees to assist everyone.

This year, I ordered on July 30, and as of today, August 11, I had not received my order. Not only that, I couldn't get anybody on the phone or to answer emails, so I had to go down there (TWICE) and stand in the line (in the heat) to get answers. I ended up canceling my order and going to Uniforms by Kajan, where they had what I needed in stock-in and out in 5 minutes. I will never shop at Johnson's again. Their customer service (or lack there of) alone is the reason to make me switch.

The pants style we wanted wasn't available in store but, we were told we could place an order and would receive it at home within a week. It has now been four weeks, and only after we reached out multiple times were we informed that the item is out of stock and wouldn't ship until it became available. no clear date no confirmation, my son start school in a week now and we have not pants. Had we known that at the time of purchase, we would have chosen a different style as a backup. Additionally, customer service over the phone has been extremely unhelpful. No one takes ownership of the issue, and we were repeatedly pushed to handle everything online. At this point, we are extremely frustrated and disappointed with the lack of communication and support. I hope our school considers working with a different uniform provider in the future.

Needing a suit quickly for a funeral the next day would have been nearly impossible for the fashion-challenged individuals that we are. Within 30 seconds of entering the store, a female employee offered help. Tranicka (the spelling may be wrong) patiently outfitted us with the perfect sized suite, advised us on color and style choices appropriate for a funeral and did it all with a smile and casual sense of humor. We were truly appreciative of her knowledge and willingness to help, as we would have been completely lost, not even knowing what size to start with. Tranicka knew just by looking. In all, she set us up with everything we needed, including shoes, shirt, socks and a tie. She even tied the tie for us! I would shop here again as the personalized service provided by Tranicka was not to be beat and we were completely outfitted in under an hour.

The first time I went in I was told they hadn't ordered them even though I paid for them in advance. I went to the store three times after they were supposed to be in and was told they were on their way. I just called again and was told they're probably not going to be in for the start of school which is next Tuesday. I was told maybe its because they are size 2. I'm sure I'm not the only parent with this problem because my child is in kindergarten and there are plenty of children in pre-k who are just as little or maybe smaller than mine.
