Dr, Richard Moro is a great psychiatrist. I feel like I finally found someone that takes their time with me, asks questions and has a positive attitude. I had two sessions with two different Therapist; one session was via zoom and the second one was present with Ms. Brenadeth. My session with Ms. Brenadeth was the last one because she left the clinic. I called back the Center and they failed to give me a name of the Therapist who follow up with my sessions. I couldn´t believe when I checked my bank account and I saw a charge from this "wellness" group for no shows and late cancelations when they were not able to provide a specialist for me and I don´t even have scheduled any other appointment; last one I scheduled was back in April. Service provided by the receptionist was the worst; she will completely ignore you while waiting to get a hold from someone on the clinic. I´m still fighting to get my money back, I would never recommend this place, I would give cero stars if I could. read more

I'd choose 0 stars if it were possible. God, where to begin? No one answers the phone. I'd say if you call on any given day it's about a 3/10 likelihood someone will answer. And they don't even have an answering machine- if you're going to be that difficult to reach shouldn't you at least have a voicemail box? And the lady that does finally answer the phone is always rude. I complained to her about the fact that literally (not exaggerating in the slightest) every month it was a two week hassle of phone tag and BS just to get treatment for my ADHD. She flat out denied everything I said, basically gaslighting me, and kept flaunting that she owned the practice. Congrats, the practice you own is horrible! The way this place is set up just makes it doomed to fail. There is a main doctor in charge (a different doctor not the rude receptionist) that has to sign off on all prescriptions given to him by his underlings. That in itself is not bad but the complete and utter lack of communication and effort on the offices part is what does it. They never send prescriptions or files over when they say they will, it takes almost a week (so add that on to the week it takes just to be able to speak with someone at the practice) for them to finally send things through. And even then it's never without a catch. Usually, they'll send one medication but not the other. Or send it to two different pharmacies to where neither can give me the medication until the other clears it out of their system. Their lack of communication is also evident in their "policy." The doctor I had been seeing via Telehealth (probably the only worthwhile person there, he himself told me that this place was unacceptable and that I needed to go elsewhere) told me I would not have to make an appointment every month to see him just because adderall does not allow refills. He said all I would need to do is call and he would write another, and then do our appointments more spaced out since my meds don't need adjusting. But naturally, every time I called the office it was an ordeal. The rude lady argues with me that it was their policy to do appointments every month, otherwise I would not receive my medication. She was very staunch about this which made me wonder why no one in this office seems to be on the same page. I even spoke to the head doctor and he too is oblivious to the absolute circus that is this practice. I've been without my ADHD treatment for over a month now (nothing like being without your meds when you're absolutely drowning in school and work and life in general huh?), that's how ridiculously long it takes to get things done with these clowns. Now imagine having to navigate this crap show, EVERY SINGLE MONTH, since adderall is controlled and not allowed to be refilled. It literally cancels out the fact that I'm getting treatment for ADHD: A) how do you expect a person with severe ADHD to get this hassle done every 30 days? B) it is such a strenuous and lengthy process that my ADHD forces me to put it off because every single month is a nightmare of phone calls and incompetence, ergo negating me being treated for this affliction in the first place. I could probably write a whole book with how awful this place is, but I think y'all get the idea. Please do not go here, they do not take the profession seriously and in all honesty should be banned from practicing. I've suffered so much because of these people and I'd hate for others to deal with it too. read more

Customer service is completely absent. After multiple phone calls, voice messages, messages conveyed via their third party answering service, and two weeks of repetitious text messages, I finally got Dr. Adams (owner of Zeitgeist Wellness Group) on the phone, but she refused to discuss the shortfalls of her organizations because of a headache. Between the owner's lack of professionalism and the office manager claiming to to call me (no missed calls, no call history, and the phone number wasn't blocked like she claimed - liar), I don't recommend this place to anyone. Go somewhere else where they treat their clients with the dignity and respect that any human being deserves. read more

This place is absolutely ridiculous. We saw Patricia Eguavoen for my child, and it's been a nightmare. Her appointment was October 16. She was prescribed 2 medications. It is Dec 1, and we still don't have them. I called several times a week for 5 weeks! And they will not schedule an appointment without a credit card! Do NOT go to this group!!! read more

Today was supposed to be my first appointment with this group, and honestly, I have never been more frustrated and irate at a group. i tried to call them multiple times to clarify if my appointment would be over the phone or not (because I live over an hour away). They we're impossible to get a hold of, so I decided to go into the office. The office which took over 15 mins to find. I finally got in there and sat there for over 20 more mins just for whoever was behind the glass to completely ignore me and continue picking up the phone to make calls. I will not be using the group anymore, and I suggest you run the other direction as well. read more

Great experiences with this group. Every time I had a question about anything I was able to get an answer quickly, sometimes they would put me on hold but I think that's when they get a lot of calls. I've been going there for therapy they are flexible as far as my scheduling being able to schedule me Televideo for when I am not bale to come in. read more

The doctors at this practice are AMAZING, kind and supportive in my mental health journey. The ease of tele health or in person appointments makes their wellness group flexible to meet my needs. This two star rating is due to the interaction I had with the office manager "Elaine Adams" I called in to reschedule on the day of an appointment due to the holiday the day before thus I didn't meet the 24 hr cancellation policy. I advised her that I didn't schedule this particular time it was just scheduled for me by my Dr. During my last appt. No biggie, I just couldn't make it to this visit due to a work schedule. She proceeded to tell me she "trained the drs to not just schedule" she had a slight attitude asking me how this could have happened "Im going to find out who did this" "there is no way this should have happened" She also felt the need to discuss the unreasonable request for patients to want their office to answer every call the first time, and what their turn around time is for getting back to patients. I did not call defend or argue about how the appointment was schedule nor did I call to discuss her office manager training she has done with the doctors within the practice. Thankfully after she educated me on her ways as an office manager I had to request to waive the $75 cancellation fee (you have to cancel within 24 hrs to avoid but I couldn't because yesterday was a holiday) she did. The attitude made the interaction unprofessional and awkward from a patients perspective. Office manager please be kind to us paying patients, understanding, and nicer. We have no idea how you run your office nor is that any of our business, needless to say I am considering changing providers due to this one interaction read more

Please be careful. Do not go to this place. I don't mean this to be disrespectful, but Dr. Adams clearly has mental or anger problems. She answered the call and identified herself as the practice manager. I have never met her or dealt with her before, so I have no history of annoying her or anyone in the office. I had a couple of questions, and I did not understand her so I asked clarification questions. This caused her to become extremely offended and told me to go away. Literally. So I hung up on her as she was raging off. This is shocking. If I were going through depression as I have in the past, this mistreatment would have devasted me. Please stay away! read more

If you need services choose a different place. This is one of the places they refer military members and the service is worse than terrible. There is no consistency with appointments and they cancel at the drop of a dime. Absolutely the worst experience. read more
