I wanted to give praise to the dentists, and office manager Ms. Sumaya. Both dentists were…read moreprofessional and knowledgeable. They took care of my dental needs one issue at a time. I love their customer service and patient care service. I feel that I received top notch care to the fullest every time I had dental work done. The hygienist was just as amazing and made sure I understood the plan of care as I was being treated by her. Her customer service was exceptional as well. I want to really highlight the office manager Ms. Sumaya because she is the face of the company. I strive on exceptional customer service from the front office, prior to even seeing the providers. She was the first one I met and it has always been a pleasure. She is sweet, caring and sincere. Before leaving, I was never confused about the billing process and charges. Each time I go, I look forward to seeing her beautiful smile that's inviting. Coming from Alaska, I ran across rude customer service in Macon and wasn't used to being treated less in a professional aspect but at the Macon office, you are sure to be treated with respect and get the best care from the providers. I really wish I had remembered the providers names, including the hygienist. Thank you, Team

Returning patient as of today. The wait time from my scheduled appointment time was a tad bit…read morelonger than I expected but Alanna was very apologetic. She did a great job cleaning my teeth and talking with me throughout the cleaning about different things. I really enjoyed her professionalism and attitude. Dr. Anday is very nice as well. He is professional and has great manners. And just in case people fail to say it....He is cute too. I'm just direct with no filter. I love the way the checkout staff had my upcoming treatment plan printed for me to see the amount I was responsible for on my next week's visit to get 2 fillings done. So far so good!

BEWARE TO ALL!!! Don't do business with this company as to they are all scam artists working for…read morethe master scam artist himself....Dr. Sidney Holcomb himself....don't be like me and let your wallet be victim of unnecessary dental procedures, some of which you never asked for, or discussed as part of the oral plan that was originally established....Don't take him as a man of his word that the procedures you and him agreed to, would actually come to fruition, without what it seems as nothing short of a lawsuit because you have instilled so much trust unto his practice because you have a pretty decent history and feel like he has always treated you fairly and with respect...unless that is u have a signed, notarized, sworn, and sealed affidavit holding Dr. Holcomb to his word, never imagining that when it came down to either his pocket getting skinnier or losing a customer...well that customer will just get shit canned, it's a lot less headache and he wouldn't even notice...y? Because he has thousands of customers, most of which have insurance that pays most of the bills that him and his staff draw up, and nobody ever questions him on what he is actually charging for as compared to what is actually getting done...let alone gathering itemized billing statements to stumble upon how much work is unnecessary and not needed nor most likely even known by the client to have taken place....now if you are one of the very few people to actually have made it this far reading this review, your welcome in advance....I know you are probably thinking to urself like "i'll remember to pray for this guy tonight when I got to bed, because it seems as if some of his cheese has done slid off of his cracker" maybe so just a little, and ill accept any and all prayers as well, but not so much so that I can't do simple math and determine that I have paid for the same things "hey lets get a panorama" as Doc says so himself, on multiple occasions and had operations done that I never knew about nor that even needed doing in the first place...I mean come on dentistry work ain't cheap, especially if u pay cash like I have to for all the work done to try to maintain decent oral health, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that ur wallet has become anorexic, and almost all of ur teeth are gone....do urself a favor and get an itemized statement about all the work he has done for u and just look it over with ur insurance, and actually compare what was billed to the insurance, the actual work that was performed, and finally how much of the work they paid for was actually needed for good oral hygiene versus what was just thrown in there taking place as all the small incomprehensible letters and codes that if anyone should ask is summed up as preventative maintenence, and must be done to maintain a pretty smile....I mean come on its actually quite genius of a plan, everyone wants a pretty smile and will pay as much needed to keep it, so that in addition to "oh Dr. Holcomb, he is so nice, and reasonably priced, and does such honest work" that like myself, we all believe he has our best interest and health at heart, equates to that exagerated bill getting paid, and any issue we thought we had gets swept under the rug by the good ole southern hospitality in which his practice surrounds u with from the start because u actually start feeling like family and family wouldn't ever do that kind of thing, right....Yeah, ok keep believing that...I mean what does a little statured dentist need with a big ole $100,000 dollar turbo diesel of a truck just to show up to a nicely acclimated office but with rather antique in design and style and definitely not utilizing any sort of dentist tools that appear to be of modern technology but rather quite scary and archaic to be exact? The answer is it takes that big of a truck to haul ass out of there most of the time at least a half our before close with all the truckloads of money he has been raking in for quite a while now! Take me as an example and just because something feels right, don't mean that it is right!
