Everything was lovely. But at the end, councillors Michelle and Tammy asked the kids to load some boxes in their car, parked in the parking lot by a dumpster. My SD suggested she should put her shoes on first (as her and the others were barefoot) and the councillors advised her she would be fine. Sure enough, she got glass in her foot from being sent out into the parking lot barefoot. Then she told the councillors she had glass in her foot while in tears and they dismissed her claim. Sure enough when she got home, I took a piece of glass out of her foot.

The class was very well structured, the length was perfect and the labs were excellent. The amount of material covered was a little overwhelming, but I gained so much knowledge. The small class size and easy learning environment were outstanding. After taking the class, it is much easier to understand when I read the VMware official study guide. I would defiantly consider taking other courses with BITS in the near future.
