Highly recommend this spot. If you aren't local make sure to buy from them online. The price can't be beat. The service you get both in person and online is amazing. Online experience is wonderful as I live out of state. Shipping of cigars is excellent with Boveda pack and I've never had a bad shipment. Well just went back and tried there house brands so far well worth the money spent. My most expensive one was 5 dollars and the 2:50 cent one I am trying now it as good as the 11 dollar Roma craft I have been smoking in the past. Billy the weekend guy was great to deal with and very knowledgeable about the difference house and brand cigars. Looking for a good cigar at a reasonable price look no father then this place read more

I've been watching Brad review cigars for a little over a year , and today I was lucky enough to meet the man himself. Such a genuinely nice and welcoming individual with a plethora of knowledge who walked me into the humidor and hand picked a sampler for my pallet. I took home five sticks that zeal cigars blend and he even threw in a lighter to get me started! If you're looking for a brick and mortar shop with a welcoming atmosphere, huge selection and lounge. I live in California and was in the Phoenix area. Decided to drop by Zeal. JB and Kari were there working the shop. I'm no cigar aficionado, so I asked JB to point me to some cigars that I would like based on the cigars I typically enjoy and he ran with it. JB is a good dude and is very knowledgeable. I didn't expect to learn as much as I did as JB ran me down the cigar rabbit hole. I bought a bunch of different sticks and I'm looking forward to smoking them all. I stuck around and smoked the Coco Chemist, which after the first inch really opens up into a very good smoke. I enjoyed it! I've left one review ever on Yelp, but I decided I needed to leave them a review. JB and Kari are the kind of people that make someone like me want to buy from Zeal. Man where do I start! Bradley is the man for sure. My buddy and I went into his shop today and we did not expect the exceptional treatment and service from him! As beginners, we felt extremely comfortable asking questions about different cigars, without feeling disrespect or discouraged for not knowing much about the world of cigars. We went in only a few minutes before he was closed and he did not rush us - instead engaged with conversation and allowed us to stay even past closing! Not only that but he taught us some good techniques about how to light and smoke a cigar properly. Very knowledgeable in his business and I will never visit another Cigar shop again, that's not his! This place has it all including an amazing lounge. Will definitely go back to try it! Bradley respects our brave men & women in Blue & to me that's a huge plus. Thank you Sir. Ive been smoking cigars since i was 18 and havent smoked many in the last 8 years maybe 5 sticks I drive by this spot alot and finally decided after places began to reopen to stop in support local business and find a couple nice cigars little did i know i would like the house brands in most cases more then other cigars i have picked up in the shop Brad and his family are so inviting and the store was a great environment my wife doesnt know but ill see you alot So far.... my top3 house sticks have been the double down the irish hulk spice cream which went great with my morning coffee read more

Unfortunately, I have to be in a Wi-Fi area in order to use my phone like that. And they don't have Wi-Fi. I needed very specific things size wise. And you're not allowed to open packaging but when you pick up a lamp and you lightly shake it and you hear broken glass, but you're not allowed to open up the package and see what exactly broke why bother buying it at half price if you're not gonna be able to use it. This happened repeatedly also I was looking for a specific size bathroom medicine cabinet. Since much of the writing on the boxes didn't have dimensions, and I couldn't open the boxes because it's against the rules. I could find boxes that I think might've had the right sized item inside but I really couldn't take the gamble especially when I can't see if they're scratches or dents or a door ripped off, etc. I think the only thing I will come back here for is tile. If you're doing a craft project and you need a few pieces of tile or you're doing something special to cover a table top and you only need a few feet. This is the place to come for the tile. Unfortunately, the majority of the tile is not labeled and not priced and I hate having to run up to the counter every single time I find something to find out how much it's gonna cost. It's just ridiculous. I found a similar place, not too far away, where the people don't mind if you open the items to look at them and they will even go so far as to take a light fixture and wire it to a test area to show you that it works. So I think I will keep going to this other place instead.

Zeal Cigars has exceeded my expectation. I ordered a box of PDR El Criollito and 2 Cuban Imposter cigars and when I received the package, 1 Cuban Imposter was missing. So what do I do? I call their customer service line and I believe it was brad that picked up the phone (love your youtube vids brad) and got me connected with the customer service Kari. Kari and the zeal cigars team was very understanding and they sent me my replacement cigar almost immediately and it arrived just in time. Moral of the fact here is, You will not be disappointed. They delivered cigars very fast, their customer service is great, I am highly satisfied and I'll be buying my cigars from them. they seem to have given up after the patriarch passed away. They have zero inventory, not interested in ordering anything and will give you the same excuse over and over and over when you come in to purchase your favorite cigar at this point I feel they're taking advantage of the family and they all just sit back and smoke cigars and talk nonsense. this is not how to carry on the legacy of the owner. I would be shocked this place stays open in 2025. read more
