I was excited to try a new pizza place, but my experience was disappointing. After receiving my order, I found that it was incorrect. The wings were skinny, overcooked, and inedible. The pizza itself was cheap and completely tasteless--I've had better store-bought pizza. It took me three hours to reach a manager, who refused to refund or replace the incorrect items. The customer service was the worst I've encountered. Do not order from this place; you will be very disappointed. I will continue to share my experience with this establishment. I had an absolutely terrible experience at this restaurant, and I feel compelled to warn others. First off, I was charged twice for my meal, I will explain how that happened. First the person taking my order was on the phone all the time. Layla was disrespectful and not even into taking the order, I could see she was chatting with someone. So, she took the order asked me to insert my card and then, few seconds later told me that the order didn't go through and that she needed to take the full order again. So, I did go through the order with her again, and this time I lower the tip amount and waited for the food. 10 minutes later she came out and told me that they had no rice, so I decided not eat there and get my money back. This is when things got weird, she said that she couldn't do that and that she needed to call the owner/manager to do that. The money was returned through another application and I left the place. The next day, I noticed a charge on my account and the first order, so I started calling this place and NEVER got an answer. So, 3 days later I stopped by the restaurant and they told me that they couldn't do any refunds, only the manager could do. So, they call this guy, asked for my name and number and told me that he will call me that night to fix the charge. Of course, this never happened, so I went back to the place, and now I'm pissed. Again, there is no manager and the people at the restaurant unfortunately can't figure anything out, they are kids that can't tell right from left. I finally got to talk to this guy, the owner, and he told me that my I was not able to see the charge I was talking about, and that he already issued a refund, I explained that he was talking about the second refund, and the first one went through. So, he had no records of the first charge so I was not able to refund me anything. The next day I call my back and they confirm that the restaurant charged me twice and I started a dispute process. The lack of accountability and basic customer service is appalling. I will never be returning, and I strongly advise anyone considering dining here to think twice before wasting their money. Very nice place! Great location...looks new...hours of operation says it opens at 11am...I came in at 1pm and no one was at the counter...someone came inside and I said "are you open?" Finally a middle eastern option in Grand Prairie. Very good manoushe, tabbouleh was fresh. Crisp falafels the shawarma was great. So happy to finally not have to drive to Arlington or further to get my favorite foods. read more

So the story goes, I had just got out of jail with nothing in my stomach but 2 slices of white bread and a thin piece of bologna. I ordered through uber eats for pick up only to show up and them telling me they have no way to know about uber eats orders as they are changing management and old management took all the uber eats devices I got charged $30 for cancellation. (Got that fixed as of now) my phone died so I couldn't do anything about that and only had $20 cash But I really wanted a large pizza and cheese garlic bread. Just wassnt enough. Ammuhad the manager on duty at 1:30am was the most understanding person he helped me make ends meet with discounts to get me regular garlic bread and the large pizza for just the $20 I had. He's a blessing thank you ammuhad so much for the hospitality. Seriously! Sorry if I misspelled your name. I recommend this spot for delicious food and for the amazing service they provide. Sadly this place is going downhill. Zaza's used to be my favorite place. They don't open early anymore and that was one thing I really used to like. Bad service the waiter was nice but very unorganized and he could not keep up with tables on his own. The pizza came out first we were parched. The drinks should've been served first, we used to LOVE the hookah my husband and I would say it's the best. Last night the hookah was a nightmare, the coals were huge and cheap quality all we could taste was burned coals. You can't enjoy the hookah anymore it's not made right at all. I miss the old waiter he used to take care of us and make the hookah amazing. I hope they can fix the place up because they will close down and have no customers. At least the food still tasted good. Very basic, not a lot of flavor felt like the lasagna was not made in house. it was dry and the cheese did not look like it was real cheese. I also bought a pizza. I got the Mexican pizza and it was terrible. I spent $30 on a lasagna and a medium pizza and it was a complete waste of money. I will not return. read more

This business was not originally approved by zoning and you can tell because the final space has floor to ceiling windows and is super bright. This has to be the least chill hookah place in the city. No couches, hard wood chairs and tables, 100% sunny during the day and bright with street lights at night. The owner clearly spent $0 in his business. Case and point, we ordered pizza (severely undercooked), and they brought us out disposal paper plates and plastic silverware in the plastic wrapper LOL.
