I have been to this location many times over the years. After the remodel, there was a huge improvement over the previous ownership. But, the attention to detail has slipped tremendously over the last few months. 4 out of the last 5 times I ordered a Wings N Things, the celery was left out. I brought it to their attention each time, and was told "sorry, we are out". Seems to be a conscious decision to short the customer of something paid for. My last visit had chicken wings and fingers over cooked and dry, cold fries and no celery. I'm taking my business elsewhere. read more

I really enjoy Zaxby's food. The Zaxby's that I usually visit is very busy, a wait, and the customer service is not the best. That being said I don't mind wait or dealing with subpar because the food is great. On Tuesday May 12, 2015 I went through the drive-thru to pick up dinner. As I waited in the drive-thru about ten minutes, I placed my order and paid. I ordered 1 Ranchero Zalad and 1 Fried Cobb Zalad. When the cashier gave me my receipt, time stamped 06:55pm, she informed me that I needed to pull to the front by the entrance because the chicken for my Zalads were not ready yet. I pulled to the front and waited 20 minutes! So I parked my car and walked in and told the employee that it's been 20 minutes and no one has come out with my food yet. He took my receipt and went to the back. He returned about a minute or two. He offered me a refund or to wait for my order to be redone because my ticket was "lost". I decided to wait for my order again. He offered me a cookie or drink as I waited which I refused. Five minutes go by and my order was ready. When my order was bagged and given to me another employee gave me my Zalads and my original receipt. She offered me extra dressing which I refused took my order and left. I have been in customer service jobs for the past 20 years. This experience tops as one of my worst ever. I am a very patient person and very understanding in customer service and food service. I am used to the subpar (crappy) customer service living in the south. Living down here everyone usually takes there time and I have gotten used to it. This experience is the worst. Not only did I not get an apology but no manager came out to say sorry. I am not one of those people that is looking for free stuff, I am the type that an apology goes a long way. Ordered the new family pack online tonight. With that I also ordered extra items and sauces. Once I got to the store I pulled up to the drive thru and was told to park in a certain spot. It was almost impossible to park there due to the line being wrapped around the building. Once I parked in the spot they told me wait in, people around me got their food and I continued to wait. 30 minutes go by and nothing. 45 minutes and nothing. An hour goes by and a worker finally comes up to my car and ask if I'm waiting on an order. I tell her yes and she apologizes and says that nobody inside informed her. Once I got my food I was missing some of the things I ordered. Tried calling the store but nobody would answer. Waiting an hour for food and then not having everything. They need to be better organized inside the store. read more

Worst Zaxbys of all i have been to across the southeast, and i eat zaxbys alot. The worst part is it's the closest one to my home. this used to be a family-run location and it was pretty crappy, but acceptable. Then, they sold it, knocked it down and built a brand new Zaxby's. With that being said it is literally the slowest and most terrible experience you will ever have a Zaxby's restaurant and I've been here multiple times. read more

I've made an online order today, Sunday. I went to pick up my order and they tell me they are out of fries. How can you run out of fries? They offered to replace the fries with onion rings so I agreed. I would have never written this negative review if the onion rings they offered were fresh. I came through the drive thru at around 9:45pm Saturday April 4th. I ordered a boneless wings and things with a fruit punch light ice. When I got home I realized they gave me what looked like pieces of chicken fingers. They looked old and dried up like they had been sitting under a heater for a while. They already said they didn't have traditional wings, which wasn't a problem, but if they were gonna be that triflin they could have just said they didn't have boneless wings either. I paid $9 for some cold chicken fingers, unseasoned fries, some chicken bits scraped together with some sauce piled on top. The daytime male mgr with the glasses is HORRIBLE All he did my entire time dining in was yell at the employees in the kitchen. There is no way in HELL I could tolerate that. Ordered a 10 piece boneless meal. Got 5 boneless wings, some stale fries. They offered to replace my meal but i was out of town for a week.

"What? You've never had Zaxby's before?" Yes, that has happened way too many times to me. Sad part is even hubby has eaten there before with his co-workers. I've never had Zaxby's...until recently!! I am proud to say that I've eaten at Zaxby's before and the food is yummy!!! Since I injured myself and wasn't able to cook for the family, hubby ran over to Zaxby's to grab food for the family. He ordered me the chicken fingers meal and a side order of onion rings. The kids got the wings meal, but son got the boneless ones while daughter got the buffalo styled wings. Hubby just got himself a chicken sandwich. What sets Zaxby's apart is the awesomeness of the Zaxby's sauce, what is in it? I loooove it! I cannot wait to go back to Zaxby's. Yummmmmmy. read more

It's Zaxby's the chicken is alway's very good and spicy fried mushrooms are awesome but sadly at this one they usually burn my mushrooms or fried pickles. They usually forget napkins, ketchup and barbecue sauce so when you come make sure you ask for ketchup, barbecue sauce and napkins and don't forget to look into your bag. read more

I come here after a 12 hr day of work and just want to have a seat and get me a Wings and Things dinner plate. I walk thru the door at about 8:58pm ( they close at 10). The little girl behind the register greets me and ask will I be dining in or carry out, I tell her dining in, she then gives me a crazy look and says "WE CLOSE IN AN HR". I say ok, does it take that long to make my food or something, or I can't sit down? She says no and says I was just letting you know, then commences to tell me to don't make a mess, I told her I'm grown and don't plan on doing that you can just take my order. Takes my order and I go sit down. The order before mines she screams at the top of her lungs about 8 times that the order is done. My order is next. She yells my number out and I proceed to get up and walk to the counter, as I'm halfway there she screams it again and I say I'm right here you don't have to yell it out at all. Beware of online ordering! Ordered online 1/19/13. Went to pickup order and manager requested confirmation number --- which I did not have. Gave him my order that he matched to their system and he told staff to start getting my order ready. Then manager started lecturing me on the owners policy not to release online orders without confirmation number. Told manager I was not in the mood for his lecture and then he told staff to stop putting my order together --- no confirmation number, no food. He also told me to go back online to get a refund. I called customer service --- there is no Zaxbys policy requiring a confirmation number and no way to get a refund via the online website. Never had a problem with this store before --- have been a regular customer for over five years. Have never been treated so badly -- will never return to this restaturant. read more

The wait at most Zaxby's is usually a little longer, but this one takes the cake. Even before the renovations I expect to wait at least 15 minutes before I even get to order. I got there a little bit before/at the beginning of the lunch rush and there weren't a ton of people there yet but the drive thru wait still took forever and I ended up leaving with no food. They messed up my order and then got an attitude with me, eye rolls included, so I chose to go elsewhere. It's one drive thru line so it takes some effort to mix up the orders, esp since the car behind me took longer to place their order than I did. As much as I love Zaxby's, my lunch break isn't long enough to deal with the headache to go to this one, if I had more time I'd prefer the Chamblee-Tucker location. But at least it doesn't smell like garbage anymore. read more
