I will not be returning.

The desk clerk at our hotel recommended it to us as a late night option because nearly everything in the area closed early. After eating at Cook Out, it appears to borrow a little from all the top fast food restaurants: flame broiled burgers like Burger King, cole slaw similar to what Chick Fil A used to serve, grilled hot dogs like Five Guys, and chicken wraps like Wendy's. You can also order their burgers and chicken sandwich in a variety of ways (ex., Cheddar Style, Out West style, Barbeque style). My fiance and I both ordered our chicken sandwiches Barbeque style with bbq sauce, mayo and pickles. I also ordered a watermelon milkshake. Everything was pretty good. Definitely better than I expected. I hope they bring a Cook Out to New Jersey.

I heard about their famous shakes and burgers and decided to give it a shot. I have to say I loved the burger, fries, and shakes so much I had to seek out another location on the way home to have it again. The location on the way home was a bit run down and not very clean looking but the food hit the mark. In fact, I give the burger, fries and shakes 5 stars. They have a big confusing menu with a lot of options so I wouldn't advise you to make a decision using their website on what you want before going to the restaurant. Also, this is a Christian based family business that plays Christian music in their stores which was a bit strange to me but I didn't come for the music.

This location was the next up I-95 and though a few minutes off the interstate, it was worth the effort. Since we were on a schedule, we hit the drive through. My excitement got everyone interested. A steak biscuit, sausage biscuit and a large tea for me. Steak biscuit for grandson and Boberry biscuits for wife and granddaughter. The biscuits did not disappoint. They were light, buttery and delicious - all agreed. Of course I think I could have eaten several more but was cautious due to long drive ahead. If you've never tried Bojangles' biscuit and travel through Georgia, North & South Carolina or Virginia, do yourself a favor and try the best biscuit this side of the Pearly Gates!
