On my way home from a girls trip, we decided to stop here to get lunch. We were served quickly which was great, and the food was all fresh and tasty. The team working was nice as well. The bathrooms were clean as was the restaurant. The only issue was that the new lime cream sauce is SPICY! Nothing anywhere said it was spicy so I ordered it. The team working put a generous amount on my bowl, but once I realized how spicy it was, I had to go back up for a bowl of sour cream so I could eat the rest of my meal. read more

Had the best chipotle burrito I have ever had- new honey chicken- w all the things and lime dressing on the side- spicy but yo there was a party in my mouth and everyone was invited!! the employee who took care of me was a generous scooper- I thanked him - I had prayed on the way there for a good experience cuz all chipotles are not created equal- prayers were answered- it was too big to wrap- cuz I like all da stuff. I ordered for pick up at 7:30pm. I saw it was ready and drove to the window and was totally ignored. Took until 735 for anyone to speak to us at which point they said they had no white rice. How this is possible is a real mystery. They said 15 mins to get more rice. 7:55 I walked into the restaurant and spoke to the manager who was rude and told our meal was next to be made. It's now 8:05 and we still have no food and have gone inside again. This is terrible service and unacceptable for a chipotle not to have such a basic ingredient as rice not prepared for dinner time. Keep on driving, skip this one. All the reviews confirm, don't do it. No black beans, no food in the back cooking for replenishment which was the first for me to ever see at a Chipotle. The guacamole was brown, but we were starving . Chips were cold and stale, I was argued with by what seemed to be the manager who said they always taste the same, and when I asked for a fresh bag I was told it was all cooked at 8am, it was 3:45 when we arrived. It was a mess when I walked in to begin with. I got brown rice and chicken and she put 3 scoops of rice and only 6 pieces of chicken and when I said something she was like that's all I can put unless you want to pay extra and I understand if it was a big serving and I was still wanted more but no I counted the pieces and it was 6. The manager walked up and told her to put some more up there and still charged me for double meat when it was barely a serving to begin with and when I got home my chips were stale and the food had no seasoning it was bland and white bread. This is the worst Chipotle I've ever visited! I've been here 3 times and its been bad all 3 times. On my first visit, I ordered a veggie bowl and there were no tomatoes. The guacamole was adhered to the sides of the container and the employee asked me if I wanted him to scrape the bowl. Who wants food scraped from a container? On my next visit, the same issue. Out of this and that. Today there was no guacamole or cilantro or onions for the pico. The employee said there was noone to cut the vegetables. (Not my problem) The restaurant is dirty and obviously there's no management in this place. I never get what I come for and I've never been told to pay a lesser price due to the inability to fill my order. If this type of service continues, Chipotle will soon be a thing of the past. I ordered online and showed up at the window to pick up my order 5 minutes after it was ready. I was asked many times what the name was than what the order was and than left to sit and wait for 20 minutes. Had it not been paid I just would have left. When I got home I basically had a burrito with 3-4 pieces of chicken and a TON of guacamole and sour cream. Little to no chicken, little to no rice, little to no salsa, little to no cheese. This place is just absolutely horrible and waste of time, I'd rather go to Taco Bell or Don Juan takeout right next door. Don't waste your time here. read more

Inside was very packed due to lunch time that's why I decided to get it through the app. My order was ready in 15 minutes and all I had to do was drive up to the window. Today was their opening and let's say they were not prepared. They literally hold the entire line up to locate mobile orders. They didn't have anything! No lettuce, no sour cream. The food here was not good at all. They gave me a plenty on my burrito but it didn't have taste. Then when it came time to pay and I asked for chips, I was informed the chip machine was out of order. How the machine be out of order and they just opened 23 days ago? Then I got a fountain drink and two of the drinks were out of order. I sat in and customers picking up mobile/online orders were informed they had to wait 20 minutes for rice. The workers were slow and arguing in the place as well which is unprofessional. The facility was trashy and when I got up to grab the door handle, it was broken. This is the worse Chipotle experience I've ever had. To be a brand new location they need to do better. Stopped here for lunch on a road trip. Bad experience!! There are boxes upon boxes in the dining area waiting to be unpacked that you can't even get to the bathroom. They did not have ingredients and you could see into the kitchen and it was a mess!!!! Plus 4 flies were buzzing around the food prep area.
