The service was the nicest people I dealt with. The shake was amazing and very well put together and plus how they did the toppings was perfect. The place was so clean and well taken her of. read more

Zaxbys - Birthday cake Birthday Cake Milkshake - Fast Food Near Me - Northport, Alabama

This was a horrible experience. I specifically asked for Zax sauce. The AI attendant at the drive thru said it was automatically included with the order. After watching multiple employees wandering around the parking lot trying to figure out which order belonged to whom since almost every car in the drive thru was told to pull up and park, my order finally made it to me. Guess what - no Zax sauce, no utensils with which to eat my food and it wasn't hot either. I would definitely not recommend this particular Zaxbys. read more

Wish I could give it less then one star. Horrible customer service. Everyone has an attitude of not giving a crap about their job. Waited 45 minutes for my food after they forgot me in their parking waiting spots (aka handicap parking) only to not get an apology nor an explanation. If you wanna wait an hour for sub par chicken, zaxbys on McFarland is the place to go. Never going back. read more

I don't usually review restaurants that I just doordash from, but this store has a horrible reputation for letting orders get stolen and not doing anything about it. I've now had 3 orders that were stolen and they refuse to remake the order like any normal restaurant. It's just this zaxby's, none of the others have this problem. They need to start verifying orders or not accept doordash at all. What's worse is that they KNOW orders get stolen. Very disappointed with the nonchalant attitude of this location. read more

Great store for wasting your lunch hour sitting in the drive thru line. Food is fine but I've never been in and out of the line in anything less than 15 minutes. Today I waited 40 read more

Would give no stars if i could. We went to get dinner and I ordered a salad, when i looked in the bag I only had one dressing. I was more than willing to pay for more but when we asked the guy looked at us rolled his eyes turned to the guy next to him and said "they want more fu*****g ranch with every intention of us hearing it. read more

$11.32 for a Chicken Finger Box that did not even come with a drink. When I pulled up I asked for the "Basic Box". What I got was the little boy at the drive thru up sold me into a 5 finger box instead of the basic 4 finger box or even offered me the smaller snak pak which I would have been happy with too; instead he looked at me and up sold me the larger meal with out asking! Who pays $11.32 for any fast food meal and it doesn't come with a drink? This will be the last time I come too this restaurant. Ever since Covid they have Jacked Up their prices everywhere. On top of that my fries with not even cooked / partially raw. I can go down the street Gutherie's Chicken and save and get better chicken. read more

Worst catering ever. I have used this Zaxby's for several catering orders and today was the last time I will ever use them. I have had several issues with them over the past 6 months. Orders are wrong or they just forget to send items. Today they forgot the grilled chicken that was supposed to come with the salad. They also forgot to send the Texas Toast platter. No ranch for the chip platter and get this..... No Zaxby's sauce for the chicken finger platter. I even mentioned it several times on the order that we needed Zax sauce. Order was also late arriving. When you have lunch appointments as part of your job you need to orders to be right. Unfortunately several people who were depending on the grilled chicken didn't get to eat today. Bad look on Zaxby's and bad look for me in front of my customers. This has happened 3-4 times over the past 6 months with this particular Zaxby's and today was the last time. I generally cater 3-4 meals a week, however Zaxby's will not longer get any of my business. There are too many options out there and places that do a much better job. If using them for catering, you have been warned. read more

If I could rate this establishment zero stars, I absolutely would. The service is atrocious. I waited for 1 hr and 15 mins for nibblerz. The workers would prioritize the door dash drivers. For instance, the cashier told me to move out of the way so she could talk to her friend and hand him his order as soon as he walked in. The amount of flies in here is also concerning. Dont ever waste your time here read more

This joke of a restaurant milkshake. They are praying on the downfall of the working class. I work two jobs to put food on the table and they forgot a milkshake. I believe they are losing 100's with their horrible service. read more

My favorite is the Zensation salad, I look forward to this time of year when Zaxby's puts the salad back on its menu.

Great chicken, salads, sauces. Perfect lunch spot. Prices aren't bad. It's our go-to for salads. Try the Blackened Blue salad. read more

Foods good but service is usually pretty slow. The last time I went Rick took my order and was very nice and told us in advance that if we wanted traditional wings it would be at least 10-15 minutes extra. Just a nice guy and considerate of my time. read more

Chicken was great. Fries were crispy and the bread was Heaven! Wait staff was semi-friendly. (Kids these days) The tables were a bit sticky but otherwise it was a nice experience. I left off 1 star for cleanliness. read more

The food was pretty good! I did like their soda machine with a lot of options! Isn't as good as The Foo but still worth the money.

This is a joke of an establishment. The past two times I've been I've been the only car in the line and they somehow managed to get my order wrong both times. No sauces in the bag, wrong drink, I get it if you're busy but get it together. An absolute joke. read more

Today was the perfect take out day and Zaxby's in Northport, Alabama just happen to provide the perfect service. In total- from wait time to pick up the window time was less then 15 minutes. Food was hot, fresh, made right and was very reasonable. $7.69. Plus the line was all the way around the building even with it raining on and off all morning the visit was good; the people were nice, said hi, thank you, and I was greeted with a smile. In today's society and in our times with so much BAD going on these days it was a VERY PLEASANT Experience and brightened my day. Thank you Zaxby's for a great lunch. Keep up the great work. read more

Awful did not get it right didn't even include my meal had to go back twice and even then my order is still incorrect

Wings tasted like they were fried 3 or 4 times. I really wished I would have gone elsewhere. Never again

The front line staff at the location on 12/10 were horrible! I came to pick up DoorDash and the guy up front was rude and had put order in wrong location. When I asked about it he said they were still working on it, but it was already completed. He was rude. read more

Visited at 6:30 on a Friday evening. Ordered chicken finger dinner. Chicken fingers were cold and hard and french fries were also cold. Coleslaw was good bread was OK restaurant seemed clean, but we do not plan to eat here again. read more

I ordered a mobile order to be picked up in the drive thru, and after waiting in the drive through for 20 mins I was told I had to come inside and wait for my food. It was already past the estimated pick up time. I was still in Pajamas and was not planning to have to come inside hence why I ordered through the drive thru. Not very considerate or rational if they could make every other car's food who was in the line and not mine who ordered ahead. I've worked over two years at Chick-fil-a and we would never make a customer who order through drive though come in and wait. read more

I went in at 6:00 and they were very fast and the food was good. The service was great which you don't get very often in fast food these days. read more

Soggy fries, texas toast toasted only on one side, re-cooked (re-fried) chicken tenders in the afternoon. They're used to be only two good things, the milkshakes and the fried cheese curds, and they got rid of the milkshakes. Drive thru is a very tight squeeze and when you drive up to the menu you almost always see into the back of the restaurant because the door is almost always open and mop buckets, cleaners and dirty water are almost always strewn about right behind the menu board. Not worth scratching your large vehicle to get through they're drive thru for that. read more

This restaurant has improved quite a bit since I last visited several bears ago. It was clean staff was friendly and service great. Just because you are a chain restaurant doesn't mean you can't shine, and this one surely did! read more

Great Fried Chicken Salad and tasty Garlic Bread, the wings were bland, dry and overcooked. Overrated for the prices. Kids had chicken fingers and they were dry and overcooked. Not much was edible and the fountain may have been out of carbonation - not a nice touch at all when traveling. The service for drive-thru is extremely slow, however the food was fresh and hot just not good unfortunately. 2 Stars for the salad and the friendliness of the associate at the window. read more

I had the tangy wings. They were pretty good and were at a reasonable price. Someone else in my party had the grilled chicken salad and it looked REALLY good. It was a lot larger than I anticipated. The place was clean and employees were chipper. Love the soda machine; it had LOTS of choices. read more

We ate here on a Saturday night around 8pm. We ordered to-go through the drive thru and once we got home (5 minutes away) everything was cold and soggy. Sauces we paid extra for were left out and the children's meal with chicken tenders was inedible because the chicken was too crispy. The lettuce on my grilled chicken sandwich was brown and soggy & the bun on my sandwich was sopping wet and falling apart. If we'd had the energy, we would have brought the food back and gotten a refund, but 2 sleepy kids and a late night meant we suffered through our meal and went to bed. read more

I often go through the drive-through when I need some fast food. You bet it is only on Sundays when the delicious Chick-fil-A is not open. Every time I go through, The employees forget my drink, the chicken is often crusty, and there is no hospitality whatsoever. It's not the worst fast food franchise, but it definitely is down there in customer service. read more

Absolutely awful service. I love Zaxbys and eat there often and have never had one complaint about any that I have been to until this one. Ordered a kiddie finger and two kickin chicken sandwiches. It took literally 20 minutes to get my food. And no they were not busy at all. Got the food and the kickin sandwiches had no sauce on them and kiddie finger meal only came with chicken. No fries no sauce. Will never go to this Zaxbys again. read more
