The person taking the order was pleasant enough, but not enthusiastic overly. I had to ask her to repeat a few things because she didn't speak loudly enough. Me and my family were going through here through a trip upstate, and we came in to have our lunch. Terrible service, people at the counter were ignoring everybody waiting to order their food, Tee-Tee was the woman working the counter, and she specifically was beyond disrespectful. She treated everybody including me and my family with a terrible attitude and was very rude. She yelled at us when we were deciding her order and even walked off a few times even though it only took a span of about 5 seconds. On top of that, threw napkins in my face when I asked for some. The food is good. The lines have gotten better, but they do make everything to order. The only lines that are probably longer are Chick fil a. I really like their fries, zalads (I can pretend I'm doing something good for my body LOL), and sauced buffalo wings. The hot honey mustard flavor is my favorite. read more

The Absolute Worst Zaxby's experience ever! I shouldn't even have to give them one star! Stopped here on my way back from vacation during a long road trip. Went through the drive through. long slow line at the window around 9:00PM. The staff was rude, first couldn't get my order right...had to repeat it multiple times through the speaker. No big deal speakers can be tough to hear through sometimes. After a long wait in line, it's my turn at the window. They gave me my Coke, my wife took a sip and it tasted funny, and it had some red liquid on the top of the lid. I tried handing it back and the girl at the window said we can't take it back. What?! "We're trying to clean up in here we're not supposed to take it back, I'll just pour you another one." Puzzled, I asked, "you don't have a trash can to throw this in, I don't have a trash can in my car either" ? She finally took it from me, closed the window and started mouthing off to the staff inside that I would make this ridiculous request. I've been to a lot of Zaxby's and never once had this slow and rude of an experience. Getting in the weeds or being busy can happen anywhere but to be rude and show that you could careless about your customers is unacceptable! Horrible staff at this Zaxby's!!! I asked for extra cucumbers and my salad and paid for extra cucumbers and literally got two cucumbers in my salad.
