Literally every single time I pull through the drive through I spend minimum 30 minutes waiting for my food. Every single time I wait 10 minutes to hear anyone at the speaker, and then after they inevitably pull me up I wait for another 20 minutes at least to get the food. I then get to watch everyone who ordered after me get their food immediately. I genuinely don't understand what could possibly take so long. read more

All the service members were very friendly and genuinely happy to serve me. The restaurant was clean and well kept! The food was correct, served quickly and very tasty. Outstanding job! So I went here today. Before I ordered, I went into the restroom to wash my hands. I found this cockroach just walking around the men's room. When I went out to tell the manager, she just shrugged and said "sorry about that". Now to be fair, this could not be a manager. I just assumed she was one based on her not wearing a hat or a face covering (they must be in charge because they're above the rules): Untucked, wrinkled, different colored t-shirt, and her amazing personality that told her it was ok to roll her eyes when I asked for a plastic bag in addition to my paper bag because I had to walk back to my dorm. Outstanding service Zaxbys. I've been coming here all year, dealing with this person, and on my last day, I'm just glad I can complete the circle of your customer service that I'll carry with me for years to come. read more

Drive is the slowest- sat in line literally for 18 minutes before I said screw it and drove off. Worst Zaxby's in entire chain

I only had a salad from here but everyone that had the fried chicken sandwich and chicken salad sandwich enjoyed it! The bread for the fried chicken was buttery and toasted. The bread for the chicken sandwich was normal sliced bread. The salad was topped with tomatoes and cucumber with a side of cheese and fried onion. I think the salad might have been tossed in olive oil since it was shiny without dressing. read more

Saw one of the cookers vaping in the back while they were making the food. We also waited 10 minutes to get out food and the fountain wasn't working and they said they would help in a minute and did not. One employee went on break and the other just hid in the back. read more

They have a new ai service that barely picks up half the things you order so after asking for help from an actual person five times we finally got to talk to someone who could understand human language and still didn't get half our order because the lady didn't put half our stuff on the order after we repeated the whole thing twice. Then when we reached the window we were told our order was right and waited for it. When we got our order we were missing my son's drink and his fries and when I asked about it the lady had an attitude saying it was not on the order. Highly recommend eating else where because the struggle to order and bad manners at the restaurant is not worth it all. read more

Do not come to this place after 8pm. I placed an order for a meal at 9:10pm and did not get it until 10:15pm. Service is terrible

Everytime i've come here they make the whole drive thru park in the waiting areas and then it takes 15-20 minutes for "fresh fries" or a batch of chicken that only take 5-8 minutes to cook same with the fries. Idk if it's the new staff because previous years they have never done this. read more

Went to the drive thru to place the order. It took a minute before I was able to order, which was totally fine. I got to the drive thru window and paid for the order. The cashier tells me to pull up, but notices there's 3 cars already waiting on their orders in parking spots and two cars waiting in front of me. 28 minutes later I finally get my food and I was already irritated because I could've gone somewhere else and already eaten. I asked him what the hold up was and he said they "ran out of chicken". I get it, things happen. But if the wait was gonna be that bad he should've at least let me know that it was gonna be a wait so I could've had the choice to hang out or go somewhere else. The fact that it took almost 30 minutes to get fast food and not even be given a quick heads up of their current situation is absolutely ridiculous. And to make things worse, I got 7 pieces in my 8 piece boneless, and my salad was room temp and tasted like it had sat out for at least a couple hours. I don't think I'll be going back to that zaxbys ever again since basic communication as well as timing is apparently that much of an issue for this establishment. read more

I went after 9:30pm to get what I know that I will eat and like...the chicken salad sandwich. There's appears to be cheaper than Chick-fil-a for just the sandwich. It was very juicy I guess because there was only a smig more mayo but it was still good none the less. They are very quick and communicated very well. I'll come back! read more

Drive thru. Was asked to pull up. Waited 10 minutes. Then someone came out and told me they only had seven wings - I ordered 10. They asked if they could put in chicken fingers. Fine. Five more minutes. No one. I go in, they are packing up my order. No real hurry. Offered to give me a coupon. No need. I won't be back. I realize things happen, but do your best to respond quickly. Love Zaxabys, however wasn't pleased with this location. Took awhile before we got our food and it was ok. The fries were bland and had no seasoning, the nibblers looked like they had cut them in half so it was a tiny piece of chicken on the rolls. Hopefully it was just an off night, but the Kingston location is better than this one. read more

I'm sorry, but I can't leave more than 2 stars. They're only getting that BC the chicken was decently tasty despite the fact that the meal itself kind of sucked. I made myself clear at the window that I'd never eaten here before, and when I'm clear about that.. that's generally your cue to make sure I have a great first impression. I waited for what seemed like a long time, but I wasn't in a hurry, & I just figured they were making my food fresh. It was not fresh. Instead of three strips I got pieces/ parts of what was clearly the tail end of the batch. You're not doing me favors by throwing in extra if it's garbage :/ The fries were warm, but not hot, and kind of limp/ soggy. The toast was burned, and didn't have any garlic flavor so I left that to the side. Then I tried my drink. I normally don't have to tell ppl to hold the ice. This lady had filled my cup with pebble ice to the lid! I literally got three drinks before it was gone. All for the ridiculously high price of almost $7 for the meal. I won't be returning. Pretty good food for a comparably high price. This isn't Chickfila for sure. The tables and booths were all sticky from grease, even after I wiped it down. The "big zax snack" is just that, a snack. Three tiny pieces of chicken and a pile of fries. Unless you require parking (which they have) go somewhere cheaper and with bigger servings. read more
