I give this drive thru a 4 out of 5 only because I felt super rushed. The staff is mimicking Chick fil a where they have a staff member greet you BEFORE the menu to take your order. I needed to see the menu to see what size chicken finger options there were. I wasn't super sure what I wanted and the visual of the menu does help me, but sadly I just ordered randomly because of the set up. As soon as I pulled around the corner, the other staff member had all my things ready. Didn't even get a chance to look in the bag and make sure I had everything, so I had to pull into a parking spot and look. The parking lot can be a lot to get out of if you park by the entrance. May have gotten there at rush hour for lunch on Friday. PROS: chicken was HOT, extra napkins, and salad was full! Located right off the exit and will be back! read more

I pulled up to this location to place an order, and the employee at the order stand told me she didn't have a menu and that I needed to pull forward to the board. When I did, the board wasn't working. The employee then told me I would need to drive around and come back to the order stand, which would have put me behind several customers who had arrived after me. I went to the window and spoke with the assistant manager, who told me the menu board wasn't going to be fixed tonight and that they couldn't take my order at the window either. I asked for the general manager's contact information, and they told me she didn't have a business phone or email--only personal contact information that couldn't be given out. At that point I expressed that the situation was ridiculous, and the assistant manager sarcastically agreed. I ended up leaving without ordering. Second experience at Zaxby's and it was even better than the first time. Grilled chicken sandwich and Cobb salad were both incredible. My son had the kick in chicken and it was fantastic too. Great service. Fast and friendly. Great atmosphere. Love the eat-in-a-barn vibe. read more

The food was AMAZING! Way better than the Chick-fil-A in the MidWest. The food was made fresh and super good. Only problem was I did not receive sauce or utensils with my order so I had to go ask for them. We orders online. 1-they got the order wrong. Which happens are this Zaxby's often. I ordered traditional wings. They l sent boneless pieces of mush-it was like they were 3 days old. We stopped here on the way home from Florida. We had to wait for our drive thru order and I was I told to pull forward by the door. We waited quite some time. The employee that brought our food was SO RUDE, she should be fired immediately! She lazily lumbered towards the car with our food making stink eyes at me all the way. Then she said in a sassy and condescending tone, "I told you to wait by the door". Then she looks at the door which I was near but not directly in front of (I pulled forward to the end of the building as is customary at most fast food places when you have to wait). Then she made a face at my like I was stupid. She rolled her eyes at me, and as soon I took the bags from her she threw her arms up in the air as if completely exasperated. All the way back to the restaurant she mutter, gestured, shook her head and pointed at the door. She needs to find a job that doesn't involve customer service. Waited 5 minutes for someone to take the order for a the vehicle at the drive through. I was three cars behind. once the cat drive around, waited another four minutes before someone took that vehicle's order. Finally I went inside. Young man told me he could not take my order because he was waiting on his cash drawer. This isn't the first problems at this location. Crazy! read more

We had a huge group of close to 50 hungry guys on our way home from a long trip. We called ahead in a shorter than ideal timeframe and when we arrived the team was so friendly and the wait time for all of our food was minimal! Greenville cannot have anything nice. More than once I've asked for and paid for extra sauce and I didn't receive any. More than once I've gotten the kickn chicken sandwich and it was sloppily thrown together more sauce was on my fries than on my sandwich where it was supposed to be. More than once have I called and talked with their managers and when I gave my business to them for the last time nothing I ordered was correct. Sad that I have to drive an hour north and or south to get Zaxbys, when I have one in my hometown. Y'all suck big time!!! Zero stars from me if that were actually an option on here! read more

Not only is the food always lukewarm and the service terrible beyond reason, I'm a DoorDash Delivery Driver who picks up orders from this location a lot. They are always slow and rude to all their customers, which I'm used to, but today, they dropped the ball. The other day I picked up an order and delivered it to the wrong house by accident, across the street from where it was actually going. I took a photo of it as Doordash requires us to, but because it went to the wrong place Zaxbys had to remake it. When I returned to the location a few days later, the manager "Kelsey" or "Kasey" (I think that's her name, a white lady with blonde hair") made a discriminatory comment about my disability, and told me if I continue taking orders that "aren't mine" she'll report me to doordash. I told her I have pictures of everything, offered to show her and she didn't care. I had this same issue with McDonald's as well. Just because we're people who make honest mistakes it doesn't mean we're thieves. I'm sorry that you're sad about your career choices in managing a fast food restaurant, but it's not our faults! We're trying to make a honest living too. I would give this place 0 stars I could. Tearing down a church of all things to build a Zaxbys here in Greenville was a bad option, corporate please improve your store. read more

they were lazy and locked the doors 2 hours before they closed and refused to serve us. we were a team with about 8 people and they locked the doors as we arrived and while they were serving people in the drive through and inside we asked what time the close to which they responded "right now."
