This zaxbys has always been good until today. We ordered our food at 4:43 and my it didn't take long as usual. I went to go grab the bag and then when i got back to the table it was only 3 boxes for my family of four. I had to wait on my food for 30 MINUTES! When i ate my food it was tough chicken and not fresh really. The craziest part is they took ten or more orders and got them out before i got my three nibblers. This is by far the slowest Zaxby's in the country. I don't know what the problem is, the workers or management but they should clean house and start over. The inside of the restaurant is completely empty and the drive thru is taking over 45 minutes. No explanation why it's taking so long. I highly recommend avoiding this Zaxby's if alt all possible. Hopefully it closes down soon and a better restaurant with quicker service opens in its place. And if you do ever get your food be sure to check for your sauces. Apparently it's too difficult to put those in the bag. read more

The girl that took my order through the drive thru window is so rude. She was talking to her coworkers while I was trying to order then kept asking me what I said or if that was it in the middle of me ordering. The guy at the window was totally different. Make sure your order is correct. have been there a few times passing through and each time the order is wrong. Most recently I had to go in after leaving the drive thru to get my sauces and when I got home I noticed my wings and things didn't have the chicken fingers in it. I was told they had no butter for their toast. There's 2 grocery stores right down the road that sell butter. Boneless wings were crunchy. Son's chicken tenders were cooked too long. French fries were too brown. Very disappointed! read more

Honestly, as someone who lives here and has been many many times the service is horrible. The food is hit or miss and when. It's good it's good, but more often than not it's cooked wrong. My biggest complaint is that when I order sauce to go with my food it either is not included OR is not even half full. We spend upwards of 40 dollars almost every visit due to our family size. Who doesn't like wings and things!. Honestly I used to each here several times a month, before I became more health conscious. Cant go wrong with nuclear wings and fries. Most times I would get a side of wings with the chicken finger plate. God I was really pigging out. Anyways I can't say that I ever had a bad trip here. I would recommend not going during the lunch rush because its a small town and a lot of people are going to each here so it gets crowded. I was kind of in a hurry because we were on a trip. We stopped in and got a quick bite to eat and it was delicious. Unfortunately I had to eat going down the road. The service was not that great. The servers were tied up and would not ask others to step aside while they stayed on their cell phones and held up the ONLY line for five minutes. Those people were also rude, but the server could have asked them to politely step aside also. The tea was good. They could have replaced their lemons, though. I love getting chicken fingers with tongue torch sauce and ranch. I also enjoy the Zensational Salad when it is available. read more

This is the absolute worst establishment I've ever gone to. The customer service is awful they don't listen to your order, your order is never right!!!! Everytime I go there I tell myself I'm not going to go back but I go back a month later and still the same situation. Awful service!
