Everything here needs improvement honestly. I am always shorted fries, fries seasoning, and given a half filled drink. I've given this location numerous chances over the course of two years and to no avail. Staff being rude and giving attitude is nothing new, food being dry and fries bland is also nothing new for this location. This review is only for the 3 Nibblers meal minus the drink. This is the second time in a couple weeks I ordered it and the buns are hard as a rock . If I wanted to just eat the 3 pieces of chicken, I would have ordered the chicken fingers. But I really like the little sandwiches, but not from this location! Literally one of the worst Zaxby's I've ever ordered from. Every time I go for ordering the workers never give me the items I ask for. The service is usually passive aggressive. I ordered lunch today and I got told they don't have my drink, so I continued on with my order, I ordered a house salad with the vinaigrette and also for an extra packet, I got ZERO DRESSING. Then ordered a kickin chicken with extra zax sauce and tongue tourch, and didn't get the extras I asked for, so that's even more wasted money smh. Don't think I'll be coming back. I just got a nibbler meal from this location and it was absolutely horrible. I never ever leave reviews, but this place deserves a knock! My bread had to have been sitting out for over a day.. it was rock hard and sharp at that.. not a lot of sauce on the nibblers and very sad fries. Drive thru only is open at this location not sure why as other fast food places are fully open. I can understand with employee situation as many places are looking for help. We had two chicken salads with fried chicken. Salads were very fresh and crisp. You can not go wrong with a salad from Zaxby's. Hours say close at 9pm. Was in line at 7:45 PM they came out at 8:01 just to tell us they would not service us in line. Then they said they were out of chicken which was a lie have video footage to prove it and will be taking it to corporate. Asked to speak to the manager two different times. When the manager came to the window the employees lied about not having chicken I asked for the district manager or the corporate number they would not give it to me. They should have came out before they close their store early to let the people know that were waiting in line that they would not be served and not make up lies. My wife and I stopped here on a Saturday afternoon, the restaurant was busy, but the line moved quickly, and the service was quick, better than we anticipated. The staff at the counter was friendly, patient and helpful. On our visit we found the restaurant to be clean and neat with the tables being clean, surfaces cleaned and wiped down and the trash emptied. With the crowd, there was somebody in the dining area picking up and attending to the dining room the full time we were in the store. Our food was ready in less than five minutes, served fresh and hot. Our order was correct including the sauces we had requested. The quality of the food was consistent with other Zaxby's locations we have visited. We love their traditional wings with fried mushrooms. We will return to this location when in the mood for Zaxbys. read more

This is the last straw. Zaxby's has officially lost a loyal customer. I waited 45 minutes for what? I thought I ordered a 5 piece fingerz meal tossed in tongue torch with extra fries, but what I received was nothing more than a lousy excuse for chicken. $30 for 3 plates? I should've went to Guthrie's where the food is actually worth the price... I am SICK to death of Zaxby's with their commercials trying to show off something good. They do stick to their slogan on their commercials: "oooh saucy!" Because the chicken that I ate was made in about a gallon of their tongue torch. The sauce wasn't even absorbed into the chicken because it was cooked at least 4 days ago. I feel blessed that I didn't crack a molar while attempting to chew it. Now here's the worst part-- The aftermath of the situation... obviously I wouldn't dare to put that bag-- or anything with the word "Zaxby's" on it-- in my trash can. I immediately went to the garbage dump and considering that it's ~10 miles from my house, I think that was a pretty safe decision. While I was out I decided to use a public restroom as well because my toilet doesn't even deserve that treatment. In conclusion, Zaxby's isn't worth the time, the money, the agony, or the suffering. I ate there today with my son for lunch. The people were friendly. I ordered the chicken finger plate and my son ordered the southern sandwich plate. The chicken fingers and sandwich were OK but the french fries were disgusting. The onion rings were equally disgusting. It appeared like the oil had not been changed in a month. The french fries were rock hard. And the onion rings were very greasy And in small pieces rather than rings. We couldn't even eat them! Yuck! They went right in the trash! The restaurant is definitely showing his age. It looks very dingy and the tables were dirty. The paint is missing off of the walls and there were cobwebs and spiderwebs on the ceiling fans outside. The windows need to be clean and there was dust on the window sills. Actually the ceiling fans were only lights with no blades. The restroom however was clean. DONT go at shift change- so that's what I was told I went to drive thru at 3:56 pm for chicken tenders .. I waited at the window for 10 minutes before they told me to move to parking space. I came to Zaxbys 6-20-22 and I waited forever just for fried pickles. I went inside to see what was going on a young boy was very rude. He said 20 more seconds I said okay I will wait here he said what kinda rude. When he handed me my food. I said Thank you he looked at me like I was freaking stupid. They are sooo RUDE!! Service and quality of food was terrible. Waited in drive through for about 30 mins to even place our order. The food was not hot or fresh. Chicken was dry like Jerky and the fries and fried pickles were cold. The Dr. pepper was the only think worth consuming. Unfortunately this was our first and last impression of Zaxby's. The poor lady (who I think might've been the shift manager) who brought out our mobile order looked so frazzled, but was BEYOND professional and kind. It's just like any Zaxbys you have been to. The pluses are the Coke freestyle machine and all the chicken options. The food is consistent from one Zaxbys to the next. The one drawback is they charge you if you want extras sauce. I've been through the drive thru, paid extra for the sauce and not received it, so always check I've had shakes at several Zaxbys and they are never thick. They have always been a tad watery/thin to me, like it just hasn't gotten cold enough yet. Again pretty standard at Zaxbys and middle of the road. Blech. Okay, in the interest of full disclosure, fast food in general and chicken in particular are two things I don't tend to participate in, for a multitude of reasons. And this was my first trip to a Zaxby's, as we searched out somewhere quick to have a bite after a long day of apple-picking. But this place, with its not-so-cutesy names, like my Zalad, or the offering of wings which can be ordered in 'flavors' like, "insanity" or "nuclear", just reminded me too much of the terrifyingly true movie, Fast Food Nation. With the gelatinous cheese on my son's grilled cheese sandwich, the bland crinkle fries with unidentified red powder, masses of waste packaging, and the basest ingredients (shredded iceberg, and slightly rotten tomatoes for my salad), we were sorely underwhelmed. The place was clean, the staff was very friendly and engaging, and I appreciated that my son was able to have an apple juice and a not-too-unhealthy dessert (rice krispy treat) with his "kidz" meal, so I grant them two stars. Very slow service, food is ok but expensive cheaper to go to Applebee's and order thier chicken fingers.

Unfortunately I cannot comment on their food, I left before I could get it. Usually their food is okay. While I was attempting to order my food at the drive-thru I tried to order a Sprite with my meal 3 times. I was asked if I was saying a "right" I'm not the smartest man in the world, but how many drinks at a fast food joint sound like right? I can only think of one. I finally spelled the word for the lady, "S-P-R-I-T-E". The a new women started taking my order. I order another menu item and was asked what I wanted to drink. I asked for a coke this time. The lady then asked me if I would like to spell that out too. I obliged her request with "C-O-K-E and manager please." The woman then tried to back track and give me my total. I went inside to deal with this situation face to fave and was told by the two people working the drive-thru that they couldn't hear and the headsets were broke. By now someone finally went and got the manager for me. When I explained what happened she told me they were brand new headset. I take that to mean they weren't broke. I was offered a simple apology, which I am grateful for, and no explanation for the sarcastic remarks while in the drive-thru. Customer service was horrible here, not the worst I've had, but bad. On the plus note, minus the lack of control over her crew, the manager remained professional and managed to hold a smile while apologizing to me. With a little more control over her employees and a little more experience with how to handle upset customers this manager has some potential.
