So I went to purchase the BOGO zax snack and was told they no longer allowed the coupon. The owner is apart of the franchise but can choose to make these decisions. Got a spicy chicken sandwich and when I took a bite of it I had to spit it out due to it not being fully cooked a felt like an eating an eraser. They fixed the salad but I asked for a refund on the sandwich due to not wanting to try my luck again on a fried sandwich again. Avoid this location if you value your health. The grilled chicken Cobb zalad the breast was not cut up (slice lines only; the meat was stringy and tough), the cucumbers very chunky, and tomatoes super side and not cut up. I went in this restaurant today due to drive through being backed up. Upon entering the restaurant there was one person in front of me ordering. I ordered a Cobb salad and cheddar bites. 7 people came in after me and left before me, I asked if my cheddar bites were the hold up because I would just take my salad if they were. I was told the cheddar bites had 1 minute 30 seconds left to cook. I desired to wait. 2 minutes later my cheddar bites came up. I waited another minute and then asked about my order. Now the hold up was the salad it wasn't ready. I know their shift maybe hours, but I only get 30 minutes for lunch. I asked for my money back. While waiting for a manager to give me a refund my order came up. Even though I left hungry. I made the right decision. 4 cooks in the back none had on masks. 5 workers in the front including the manager all had on masks. I have been to this location in Conyers (near the hospital and Publix) several times hoping that the food would get better. It never did. Any advertised picture of Zaxby's food is a far cry from what it looks like and tastes like in person. I would rather eat a peanut and jelly sandwich. read more

We have tried this Zaxby's multiple times and always have a bad experience. Our tenders and boneless wings are overcooked while our fries are undercooked with no seasoning, even when we've specifically asked for extra seasoning. One employee even argued with me about my drink being incorrect, telling me that the sweet tea she handed me was actually the coke zero I ordered. The drive through staff is never friendly. I had the BBQ boneless wing combo and it was worth it! The BBQ sauce wasn't over bearing, even if it was I wouldn't care due to my love of BBQ sauce, the toast was nice and fresh and hot, the fries were also perfectly seasoned and hot, and my drink was nice and fizzy not watered down or watery, parking is spacious and the prices and fair, I'll come back here for sure! read more

Today I visited this location around 11:30am. I ordered the kickin' chicken sandwich meal and service was swift. I was so disappointed when I arrived home to find my fries were missing. I called and spoke to a really nice gentleman who offered to bring my fries to me. I was very surprised but decided to call his bluff. To my surprise, ten minutes later, Diante/Deandre handed me a bag with piping hot fries and a sincere apology! I am uber impressed at his customer service!
