So I went to purchase the BOGO zax snack and was told they no longer allowed the coupon. The owner is apart of the franchise but can choose to make these decisions. I went in this restaurant today due to drive through being backed up. Upon entering the restaurant there was one person in front of me ordering. I ordered a Cobb salad and cheddar bites. 7 people came in after me and left before me, I asked if my cheddar bites were the hold up because I would just take my salad if they were. I was told the cheddar bites had 1 minute 30 seconds left to cook. I desired to wait. 2 minutes later my cheddar bites came up. I waited another minute and then asked about my order. Now the hold up was the salad it wasn't ready. I know their shift maybe hours, but I only get 30 minutes for lunch. I asked for my money back. While waiting for a manager to give me a refund my order came up. Even though I left hungry. I made the right decision. 4 cooks in the back none had on masks. 5 workers in the front including the manager all had on masks. Update: I decided to give Zaxbys another Chance (some gave me a giftcard) My orders,have been correct each time and I don't leave the drive thru without making sure its correct. Our tenders and boneless wings are overcooked while our fries are undercooked with no seasoning, even when we've specifically asked for extra seasoning. Today I visited this location around 11:30am. I ordered the kickin' chicken sandwich meal and service was swift. I was so disappointed when I arrived home to find my fries were missing. I called and spoke to a really nice gentleman who offered to bring my fries to me. I was very surprised but decided to call his bluff. To my surprise, ten minutes later, Diante/Deandre handed me a bag with piping hot fries and a sincere apology! I am uber impressed at his customer service!
