All they had were boneless wings at 1 pm on a Monday. No tenders. Good grief. I asked if they had a senior discount for the drink and she said yes but the proceeded to ring it up as a full price small soda for $2.79. I noticed after I paid and asked her where's the discount and she said "oh my bad" and walked away. Many tables were wiped but still wet. No ice in the soda machine. The list goes on. The boneless wings tasted ok. Heavily breaded. Their signature sauce really didn't taste anything special. The fried cheese curds get hard quick so eat them fast. read more

Ordered through App, for Drive-Thru pickup. When I arrived at Drive-Thru, was told order was not ready; to park in a curbside space and they would bring it out. Customer Service from the manager was horrible very bad attitude when asked if someone would come to the speaker someone yelled I told you to hold I'm trying to get your order together. We waited then was told abruptly to pull to the window . Once at the window, no hello thank you for your order. Just here's your order . When asked to speak to the manager, she was like I am the manager and I asked was that you that yelled at us she said yes I told you that I was trying to get your order together. She had no remorse. Go to the Houston levy one, much better chicken. Chicken here takes forever and is small, not cooked well, and tastes bad. Houston levy has bigger and juicier pieces and also the cheese curds are cooked better. Trust me, the extra time to drive to Houston levy is worth it. read more

When it comes to high quality and quick service in fast food. Zaxby's beats out many of their competitors with the exception of Chick-fil-A. As they both offer the same excellence in fast food when it comes to their stores. When franchisees & store managers take pride in their business along with employees positive attitudes it really shows. It really makes a huge impression on me & is a deciding factor whether I'll patronize that store or location again. From the complete cleanliness of the store friendly customer service & cashiers. my order always has came through correct to the countertop or drive thru. The kitchen crew in back is always on top of their game when it comes to making & keeping up with their orders with the volume of customers they receive daily. I'm also impressed that the kitchen crew also keeps their equipment well maintenance regularly as far as emptying the grease traps unlike Mcdonalds. But importantly my meal always comes out hot & fresh. I love their golden brown juicy strips cooked to perfection along with their fries & house dipping sauce. When dining in i love their soda fountain the offers a wide variety of variety of flavorings for your favorite soft drink. Very convenient spot to my house. That may be its only redeeming quality. I wanted chicken fingers last night and didn't want to travel far. Husband ran up the street to Zaxby's. We both got a meal that included chicken tenders, fries, Texas toast and a sauce. The chicken tenders were INCREDIBLY small. Very similar to a chicken nugget and they were lukewarm. The fries were soggy and could have been cooked longer but they were hot. The Texas twists was hot and buttery and good. I was really disappointed in the size of the chicken but they had a batch of chicken that was small, they should have compensated by giving more. They literally looked like nuggets - no exaggeration. It's been a few years and I find myself not liking the mushrooms anymore but liking the food more and more. The fries have a nice seasoning and the chicken has a lovely flavor but the most surprising thing for me was how I gradually became used to and liked the sauce the more I ate it. A decent spot to grab a quick bite for those who live and work in collierville. If you don't like chicken strips than keep moving because that's basically what they have here. It's a slightly higher price point than typical fast food but its also higher quality. I get the Big Zak Snak Meal which is fries, Texas toast, 3 tenders and a drink for $5.99. It's not a ton of food but keeps me satisfied, the regular chicken tender meal comes with 5 and is just too much food IMO. They have the fancy coke machine with different favors, yay! Service is pretty prompt and the restaurant kept clean. It's no Raising Cane's by any means but when you're hungry it's just fine. read more

Worst Zaxbys in Memphis. The food is usually ok but everything else about this location is terrible. Order two UNsweet teas and get one sweet and one unsweet. Ask for sweet n low, and tell them the pink packs, get the yellow packs of Splenda. Ask again for the pink packs and you get an oh, yeah we have those. Order cheddar bites and open the box and there's no marinara. Ask for straws, they said they're in the bag. Check the bag and guess what, no straws. Look through the bag and no forks. I ordered two UNSWEET teas and get two sweet teas. Now, all of this didn't happen at one visit but something is wrong every time I've been to this location which has brought me to now drive by this location if I want Zaxbys and try the one on Houston Levee. Oh, and for whatever reason this location has taken it upon themselves to close now at 8pm which is earlier than all other locations. The employees act like it is a chore to even take your order. Customer service is not evident here. They are too worried about getting out of there when closing is near instead of selling you food. I got a coupon that had their location listed on the back of it and it was not expired. They said they no longer honor it. Came here on Sunday June 23,2019 at 6:40 pm and ordered food through the drive through whoever the African American dude with long dreads who talks like a girl took mine and my boyfriends order through the drive through. I would say his name, but asked for it when we came inside for a refund and no one seemed to know where he was or what his name was. He was so rude in general then told us they only had enough tea for one sweet tea which was fine, but then stated it would be too much to add a order of spicy fried mushrooms to the order. When he handed me my drink he said damn my arms about to fall off and then shut the window on me and ran away when I asked for a refund. This whole establishment or whatever you would like to call it needs a reality check. Every employee in there needs to be reminded of how to act in general respect for other human beings including cleanliness and customer service skills. Drive thru window is covered with greasy finger prints... I've worked at fast food places you can keep the window clean there's no excuse this place is just nasty!
