I love Wendy's! I don't go much because I am trying to eat less fast food but this is still one of my fav places. All because of that baconator. I do love Impractical Jokers so it's still neat that I found out about this from that show but the burger itself is so good I forget about where I learned it. The Baconator is incredibly filling, especially with fries. The Triple is just way too much so the regular double is fine. The Son isn't as good but doesn't overstuff you as much as the original so lately I go for that. The spicy chicken nuggets are rather tough and just ok. But the grilled chicken wrap in the kids meal was surprisingly tasty. I have not been enjoying their frosty experiments but I keep being tempted into trying them. We waited 30 minutes for our food while people behind us were getting their food. After receiving our food the coffee we ordered tasted like it was brewed with sweet tea but our other coffee tasted just fine. The food was a huge let down had no flavor even for fast food. Every time I've tried to order they ladies (though very nice) come on the speaker and say they won't open until 8:15 / 8:30. Google says they open at 8. So decided to give this location one last try. Suckered by commercials. True to form they inform me at the drive thru they cannot take orders for 20 minutes. Fine I wait 20 minutes as I watch a few people walk in. Only to be told "we can't take orders for another 30 minutes". Their excuse? Manager is in jail and we were supposed to get off work an hour ago. So they don't want to work. This location is a complete joke. AVOID. read more

Always a long line in drive through around meal time. Food is fine but I don't know why it takes so long to place an order in the drive through. Spicy chicken wasn't spicy at all. Enjoyed the baconator. Frosty machine always seems broken. Napkins were the hand towels used in the bathroom last time we went. Not sure what happened. Love the baconator. Have had 3 in the last 2 days. But they're really short staffed at this location. Do not make the mistake of going inside and ordering if the drive thru line is long. I repeat do NOT go inside and order thinking you'll save time. Even though the line is out to the road (which it typically is during lunch and dinner), it will be much, much quicker going through the drive through. There's only 1 guy working the counter and the drive-thru is their priority. They'll take one order inside and then go help deliver about 4 orders in the drive thru. Then he'll come back and deliver 1 order inside at the pick up counter. And then do some more drive thru orders. And then come back and take another order inside. And then the cycle repeats. Customers inside were getting curious. I honestly thought a fight could erupt as the guy behind me kept telling the manager to get back to the counter and take orders for the inside customers which he refused to do. The one advantage of going inside of you're free on time and like to drink sodas is the refillable coke machine. I feel sorry for the guys working because they're busting their behinds working. Yet another frustrating experience at Wendy's to report on. Not sure why I tried again but i did. At least this time I actually got served. However, the two large Frosty's I ordered were unavailable. The employee's exact words were "we ain't got no Frostys". So no Frostys for me however i was still charged for them as i ordered on the app. I thought my chances to actually get food were better if i did it that way. Just like the giant open til midnight sign out front that obviously means nothing, there is another sign that says strawberry frosty is back! But I guess much like the open til midnight sign thats a lie cause you can't get one. The employees appearance also left a lot to be desired. They all appeared to be wearing dirty uniforms and just generally looked unkempt and unclean. No wonder this location has such an awful reputation around town. If i were Wendy's corporate, i'd shut this down until it can be brought up to where it needs to be. Ordinarily if i were overcharged anywhere else, i'd attempt to have that corrected. Service is terrible restrooms closed keep losing order mean employees make feel like it's customers fault always

After waiting 15 mins at the window to receive our 30.00 dollar order, we were stunned when we told the worker at the door we were missing some items. Instead of just politely bringing us the 2 missing items. Everyone in the whole work place made their way to the window to open it and close it. Everyone seemed upset that we were asking for the things we paid for. The manager (with the thick glasses and was wearing no mask at the time) pretended to listen but quickly got an attitude and gave us sticky ketchup. The cook (with the fake AirPods, sweaty face and mask that only covered up his taco meat beard) called us hoes because he forgot the chicken nuggets and small fry out the bag. While waiting on our food... we watched him grab a drink and drink it right in front of us with the same gloves!!! Come on now it's Covid-19!!! I decided to visit Wendy's for lunch due to the fact it was close to the stores I wanted to shop at like Sheffield Antique Mall Dollar Tree & had to pick up a few tools at Harbor Freight. So I figured eating at Wendy's would we perfect and Central to everything I had to do. I proceeded to walk into the store decided I wanted to dine in. The lobby was ok but thought it could have been a bit cleaner and trash cans a bit more maintenance and emptied more often. I walk up to the counter looked over their menu on the wall. It was reasonably clear but I do got to admit they could upgrade their menus so some customers are able to read the things that are usually printed smaller. The girl who took my order was friendly had a positive attitude & did everything to make sure my order was correct & came out in a swift manner & prepared adequately. I got a chili potato and a single. My chili was average despite cooked at the right temp I couldn't say a lot for the single it's ho hum as usual with the same luke warmth I recieve everytime they seem to keep the potatos warm though and aren't hard when they come out of the heat draw. I'll still come back as it's convenient decient yet average food and average dining experience. But I do love the fact they have the soda fountain where you can flavor your soda how you like it. But I really don't expect much from a majority of fast food restaurants as they just exist for customers to get a meal on the go. What you pay for outside of the $4 meal it's overpriced & not worth the $6+ for a combo. But that's my 2 cents you decide for yourself. My expectations are pretty low for fast food, so you can imagine how bad it had to be to give a review like this. Went through the drive thru last night around 9:30. Just a snack I thought! Bought a Jr Bacon Cheese Burger and a small chili. Not only was it room temperature, it was room temperature of a highly air conditioned room! Impossible for the cheese to melt on the burger, and the patty was actually thinner than the bacon. (Think White Castle or Krystal thin.). I've known about Yelp for ages, and have had pretty awful experiences before, but my God does this Wendy's location take the cake for worst fast food spot in the 901 area. You're better off taking the time to go to the Germantown location than this dump. The food is fine, don't get me wrong. The problem is the people working there. If there are 4-5 cars in line, find somewhere else to go because you're looking at a 25 minute wait before you even place your order. They're slow, unprofessional, and rude. It's almost like it's your fault that they don't have any marketable skills and are working a minimum wage job. They won't look at your or speak to you. They're mad at the world and it's all your fault. Always get rude customer service at this location. Today, I ordered two items. Pulled around and the attendant at the window did not speak to me and just shoved the items into my hands, took my cash, and slammed the window. I was waiting for my change when she opened the window back up and rudely said "WHAT?" and before I could respond, she said "you want your two pennies?" Of all the fast food places, this Wendy's always seems to hire the most ghetto workers, have the worst service, and never has the product. They're always out of everything, workers are more concerned with their cell phones and fake nails than actually working. Wendy's is know for their chili, so, kind of important to know how much you sell and what you need to order, but, I ordered a burger, chili, and fries - and they only thing they had was the burger. How does a fast food chain run out of French fries? Management, workers, and franchise owner a completely clueless here. Worst experience at the Wendys. Walk in cashier walks away from the register. I didn't make a big deal, figured she was helping put the guy in front of me order together. NO! She just leaned on the divider. Then someone had to let her know I was there (she saw us walk in, it wasn't packed AT ALL!) She came to the register "I'm ready"...placed my order, paid. Then, she walks to make my lemonade, but not before SCRATCHING UNDER HER BREAST! Yuck. Flies all over the restaurant, I covered up my own bag as they left it open. This was the second incident.
