Store constantly lets us down, and don't know why we come back? Service is slow and not friendly. Food quality not worth the price. Frosty machine is down more than McDonalds, or they just shut it down early all the time to get out early. This Wendy's is a nightmare. The staff is rude, unmotivated, unfriendly, and unorganized. The tables are filthy, the chairs are sticky, the trash is full, and the carpet is full of napkins and dropped food. The staff are completely uninterested in the people in line. The first two customers I saw came back to the counter because their order was wrong. We are greeted with "for here or to go". No hello, no smile, just an unmotivated looking woman who looks impatient and annoyed. 12 minutes for a chicken sandwich and 2 burgers while the manager is in the back laughing it up with an off shift employee. The sandwiches were swimming in condiments. They were a big disgusting inedible mess. We left with no appetite. The franchise, the owner, and managers should be ashamed. read more

Why is there only one person working here? They can only service like 5 customers/hour. I can't really rate the food since it looks like we'd be waiting for 20 minutes before we eat. They get my orders right, most of the time and it I'd mostly fit salads. they are friendly and mostly professional. Hey it's Wendy's, and you know what you're getting. There are plenty other Wendy'Wendy's that would get a 1 star. This location is about as good as they get. read more

I have been in the drive-through line for at least 30 minutes now. It is the slowest moving line on the face of the earth. All I ordered was chicken nuggets and french fries for my daughter. Why does this take so long? This is supposed to be fast food. I can't wait to see what's missing from the bag, or what tastes like old cardboard. They probably forgot the honey mustard too. Time will tell. My gas light is on empty as well, and I fear I might not be able to get home having exhausted all of my fumes in this line. read more

I really don't know how a Wendy's could be so sloe and inattentive. I only wanted a drink and I was in line for 20 minutes. And there were only three cars in front of me... I decided to go inside to order because I was frustrated and it took several minutes for them to even notice me at the counter. They eventually gave me a cup and I went to the drink machine and most of the drinks were out! So I went to the counter and it took at least another five minutes to notice me again. So I asked for a drink from behind the counter and it took no less than 5 minutes for them to bring it back to me. All the while, other workers kept looking at the line and saying "wow, that's a long line" Save your sanity and go to the one in Germantown. It'll probably take less time to drive out there than to wait. read more

Pulled around to the window & honked twice. Finally someone came to the window & said it was shift change. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. TERRIBLE & we will never go to this location again. I used the mobile order and it was very quick! My food was waiting on me when I got there. The only problem is my food isn't hot. Very slow!!!! I ordered 3 simple meals on the menu. Employee told me to pull up to wait on food. I did and waited patiently for my fast food. Wendy's was not busy at all as I was the only customer for a time waiting on food. I then backed up to the drive-in window after a few cars got their orders before mine. I told the lady I have been waiting on my food for a while. She seemed unmotivated and had forgotten my order. I will very easily choose McDonalds right across the street for my next fast food visit! read more

I believe this has been the worst Wendy's I have been in. The staff needs to be trained in Customer Service. The food tasted old, my fries where over cooked, and the staff was just rude, rude, rude. Walked into the Wendy's and the person responsible for taking the orders walked right by me and other customers without saying a word and walked to the back. She walked back by us with a broom and a dust pan, took her time and put it away in front of the counter and then walked very slowly to the back of the other side of the restaurant all without saying a word....so we left and went to McDonalds...The customer service at Wendy's is a complete disaster and the place should go out of business. read more

I went to Wendy's this evening and I don't know where to start the awful smell or the files flying around in the place. I was the only customer in line and it took them a while to make a burger which was very greasy and the semi-warm fries. The crew that was there looked very unclean. This location doesn't even deserve one star. In town for work and decided to eat at Wendy's for the night. I have worked for Wendy's before so I know how it should be ran. I am very surprised and disappointed about how the staff treats their customers at this location. The cashier shorted me change and when I told him I wanted the right amount back he made a big deal about it saying he didn't have the change. 8/7/2013 POOREST SERVICE EVER 5:40 pm only 4 persons in line/ 1 AT counter 2-3 worker walking around look like a worker strike. No one to setup other register help the load 1 person holding 2 cups for refill 15-20 min. I told him to walk around and get the drink him self. Ok.. the two girls working the drive thru window should be fired. After I place my order I politely asked the lady at the window if I could change my chicken sandwich to a junior cheeseburger she replied with a it's already made. Then the line worker to cook came to the window and said it's already made and I said I know I would like to change it this is before I pay or anything then he slams the drive thru door and then comes back and throws me my food and mumbles bad about me cursing and stuff all over a cheese burger.
