We stopped at this Zaxby's twice during our stay in Cambridge and used the drive-thru both times. It seemed like there were quite a few new employees in training, but everyone we interacted with was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. The food was the standout. Loved the famous 'Fingers'. Everything was fresh, well-seasoned, and tasted great. Our orders were accurate, and the quality was consistently good on both visits. Cambridge doesn't have a ton of great dining options, so this ended up being one of the better places we ate while we were in town. If you're looking for a quick, reliable meal, this Zaxby's is a solid choice. read more

We frequented Zaxbys down south so had high expectations visiting this place tonight. We went inside to eat but after seeing how dirty the floors/tables were we took our food to go. The cashier who took our order was VERY RUDE (SAA...) and could have cared less about customers. The food was ok BUT the fries were greasy and too salty. We took pictures of both containers to show what was mixed in with the French fries. The chicken fingers tasted like rubber. I understand there is a learning curve when places open but we will not visit this place again and hope the one in Easton is better. read more

Absolutely delicious!!!!!!! I haven't had Zaxby's in years since I resided in Georgia. It was lovely to see this franchise in Maryland. I ordered what I use to back in the day. The restaurant and restrooms were clean and well maintained. I was greeted as soon as my mini and I walked in the door. Customer service by both the cashier and attendant were great. When I'm back in the area... definitely stopping by. I love the new "surf and turf" item added to the menu. read more

Oh my goodness, Zaxby's! I just had the MOST disappointing visit. There was an employee, Elizabeth, and honestly, her attitude was just not okay. For context, I'm from the South and have had Zaxby's many times...I went to the new Cambridge location several nights ago and hopped into the drive through line to order dinner. The line was long, but not out to the street like it had been for the first opening days. It took me a grand total of 1hr and 22mins from the time I entered the line to the time I received my food. I'm not exaggerating. I ordered 2 nibblerz meals. The cherry on top was the hair in my food! None of the staff made any attempt at customer service. No "thanks for being patient" or "we're so sorry about your wait". Mind you, they were fully staffed and still had corporate training managers on site. As someone who has worked in the service industry (and even in fast food) this is completely unacceptable and ridiculous. I will never return to this Zaxby's location again. read more

WOW... I've never been in a fast food(70 years old) that disorganized. We've been waiting for it to open as well as Easton. Up the road where we live. Cashier... No idea... most of the people in there were drive thru customers trying to get what they ordered. Not happy. Food...Mediocre at best. No thanks... Ordered a 4 piece in drive through and when I pulled up I asked for Hot Honey Mustard. After handing me bag the girl running drive through actually took the bag back and dug out the Zaxby's sauce she put in there. When I went to open the hot honey sauce this is what I got (pic attached). If the owners of this brand new Zaxby's business model is to nickel and dime, then short change their customers, all I can say is good luck. Plenty of other places to eat in Cambridge. read more

Totally dissatisfied, I placed an and was very crowded and for that reason I stayed. My order did come up quickly very impressive especially due to the crowd. Disappointed at myself I didn't check my order because they called out my name. They need a better system to move cars through the drivethru faster. cars were being held up at the window for several minutes causing severe delays in ordering. the line was moving so slow, traffic was constantly backing up on the highway. it took over 45 minutes from the start of the line just to where I could place my order. read more
